No, but would do a good job for most conference clubs.

We have stewarding jobs available for next season if he's up for it.

I remember when it was fortnightly. It only reduced down from weekly so that it could be alternated with Chris Lines.

No thanks. Alternatively...
Weir made 33 starts, with 8 sub appearances and Cansdell-Sheriff made 30 starts, on the bench 13 times.
Not to say that makes them automatically brilliant players, but to be members of a squad that won promotion from League One says something at least. Weir is described as a 'box-to-box' midfielder too, which sounds good in terms of providing support for Mansell etc. as I can't see him playing all games this season. Only 27 too.
Cansdell-Sheriff is a bit older (33), but I get the impression we're looking for another center half.

To be honest, if we pick up any players in this window then florist green cast-offs are the last place I would be looking.
It's a massive no from me

There is very little that I applaud the old board for but sacking this thug was one of them. Whilst he has had a relatively good life playing footy, his victim was damaged for life. He was and probably is an absolute tosser

At the time he was my favourite Gas player and also the #1 fan favourite at the club.
Clearly I'm pretty much alone with this, but whatever he did in his personal life doesn't change my view of him as a Bristol Rovers footballer.
David Pipe Pipe Pipe!
Hopefully we're moving on to even better times than mid-table League One like when Pipey played for us...
UTG!

I mean I agree with you, until the bit of 'whatever he did in his personal life doesn't change my view of him as a Bristol Rovers footballer'. He smashed a bottle around someones head and - i believe - gave them brain damage. That's not exactly the kind of thing you can just turn a blind eye too surely?
