Was on the official website a few minutes ago and nearly fell off my chair when an advert for frecking Sh1tsburys pizza popped up.
I know now the site is run by a 3rd party, but that is just rubbing it in.
Every time I pass one of their freckling stores I'm remimded of how they stitched us up. I always give the sign the finger or V, but to have to endure it and their smarmy slogans on OUR club's official site is a step too far.
I wonder if the club could make represensations to the site administrators to have that crap taken off our individual site?

I believe that a lot of these ads are generated by your browsing habits. So, I imagine that your computer has been used for some supermarket shopping, or pizza buying, or something like that.
Eg, after we bought a new sofa, half the ads I was getting, was for sofas. Like maybe they thought I was some kind of sofa collector, or something, and having bought one, I'd be after a bunch more.

You do realise the club has no control on what adverts appear on your computer? The adverts are based on your browser history, the club has nothing to do with it!

Struggling to see how we've come out of this in a bad situation.

The future looks much brighter under Wael and his board.

I think it's a little silly to think that we should all say it's water under the bridge now we've got new investors....
Sainsbury's and trash could have finished off BRFC indefinitely.... as far as I see it we've been fortunate to have new owners....
how close our football club was from a winding up order we'll never know, but let's just say it was far from sustainable....

Whilst I accept many of you are far more computer literate than I, I find it difficult to understand why Sainsburys pizza would suddenly pop up when perusing the Official website.
I say this because I loathe and detest pizza. I friggin hate it, and never would I browse anything to do with that horrible stuff. Secondly, I haven't had anything to do with Shitsburys web site since I posted numerou s comments on that dire Facebook portal you know, when we were all trying to persuade them to honour the contract, and which seemed to be populated with morons praising, discussing etc the latest carrot cake and other mind-numbing trivia.
It is also easy to be clever with the total accuracy of hindsight. I don't recall anyone on this forum hoping that Sainsburys would ultimately win, thus getting rid of Higgs so that Wael and co. could ride to the rescue at about 1.30 pm on Friday 19th February 2016. What do you think, CGH?

Perhaps if we'd all know Wael would have ridden to our rescue we'd have all been backing Sainsbury's to win, although with hindsight they were clearly never going to lose anyway. Just think no Sainsbury's then probably no UWE and no Wael with possibly no promotion last month!!

Rovers have always been lucky with stadiums......it's just sometimes the good fortune is well camouflaged.
