Just been on facebook and there a post taken from twitter saying that Bolton Wanderers are charging away fans £30! If this is true, then this is disgusting. No match in league 1 is worth watching for £30. This is a venue all League 1 clubs should boycott.

Think all football clubs will end up around that price eventually, given the riches in the higher divisions encouraging others to become financially unstable in the hunt for fame. Modern football eh!

On your own pal - Only a 10er more than the mem and they can guarantee a much better all round experience.

In the grand scheme of things I don't think £30 is that steep in my opinion , like already mentioned on here it's only a tenner more than to stand in our water poor ground.

Only a tenner more...or 50% more.
For the same money you can watch BRFC 23 times or BWFC 15 times.
You choose.

I wasn't going to Bolton anyway as I don't like the newer stadiums. I cant see how a 3rd tier game is worth £30,I also don't see what would be so much better spending 90 minutes at Bolton to anywhere else.

Is it more than the home fans are paying?

Better facilities for one, anyway it's all about sales at the end of the day , they know we travel in numbers so its logic that they will increase the prices, if you don't want to pay the price don't go .

'Better facilities for one' that's a bit vague, could you tell me what form these 'better facilities' take ? does a woman bring beer to your seat like in the Allianz stadium ? or are you just guessing ? As I said I wasn't going anyway, but if the 'Better facilities' are that good maybe I will go,I don't want to miss out.

Is it more than the home fans are paying? This is the pertinent question. If yes, then it's a scandal. If no, then fair enough but it will effect their gates.

If you can't see the differences in facilities between the macron and the mem then I'm really wasting my time commenting on this subject with you , In answer to your question about just guessing , I haven't seen a football match played there but I have seen a handful of rugby league games played there and I have also gone to a concert there.

You were the one who mentioned 'better facilities' I just asked you to say what the 'better facilities' are, I think that's a reasonable question.

Think I'm going to leave it there mate, you're obviously on the wind up if you can't tell the difference between a multi million pound stadium and a ramshackle ground like the mem.

It's on a Tuesday anyway so this will put even more off. I was considering but two days off work and probably £100 outlay in total for a 3rd division game is pretty hard to swallow.
