We can do nothing because there are not enough characters around and too many lazy, apathetic fans.
When the hoolies kick off at the disgrace of last season, they are a disgrace and an embarrassment to the club. We now have 4? forums, therefore the activists are split-good work by the powers that be. Acceptance has set in that we are going 1 way, the ground ain't happening, so people would rather shrug shoulders and walk away. We lost our spirit years ago. The last time there was a collective bout of passion was at AG for the JPT-but those fans are a "disgrace to the club" arent they?! Need not worry, some banners will do it! Trouble is, the banners won't get made or displayed because of my opening sentence.

Some truth in what you, but I particularly agree about the divide and rule tactic, its been the standard for a decade or so now. I would not say fans are apathetic but that they continuously back the wrong horse. Look at the vitriol on Gaschat if anyone speaks out against the actions / decisions of the current BoD, do you know how many times I have been told to leave this forum by members, fellow fans? How many times do you read on here that people feel more comfortable on this forum because the If is full of Board bashers with an agenda? Now that the season has started and it looks terrible all of a sudden you start reading very negative comments about the very same BOD, by the same fans who accepted the directors response to the opening games operational fiasco, and to use a phrase I have used before, with supine acquiescence. I am afraid that until there is a more united front then the BoD will say, with some justification, that it is only a few "characters" that are causing a fuss and if we ignore them, or ban them, then it will all go away. Which of course, if our history is anything to go by, it will. The only question then will be, what league will the football club being playing in.

Realistically what can we as fans do to save our club ? Support DC and the players; join FFS; join the supporters club; go to the next Welly meeting; BRISA; go to the next Q&A?
