Where will it be though? Severnside, Hengrove, UWE or Carson's Rd? I've lost track a bit. UWE hence "original plan"

Oh? What else will be there though? Gym, Indoor facilities, pool, 5 a side courts? 29 acres to play with isn't it? From one article I read it has to include an indoor pitch and a 3G pitch to qualify for Category 2 status. i'm guessing: offices and classrooms - 2 acres car park - 3 acres 3G pitch - 2 acres indoor pitch - 2 acres That leaves approximately 20 acres which is around 8-10 football pitches for training and reserve/youth or other use such as pool, etc. if this is in the Almondsbury area, I wonder if we have agreed with South Gloucestershire Council to house the air ambulance somewhere as I understand it they are finding it difficult to get agreement for a base once Filton is developed. It may help with planning permission. All that you've said with 9 training pitches

I hope the build is pretty much to the already known blueprint. Rumours of other attachments to the stadium sounded fine to me (provided the club benefit), but an increase on the 21.7k capacity could be a bit embarrassing. Fingers crossed. 21700 to start with and 6000 seats can be added at a later date without planning

Unless it is on the original application, and it is so long since we started on this journey I struggle to remember my name!

Pretty sure the original plans were for the 21,700 capacity buy unless they are major changes in the design/height you'd imagine get further pp shouldn't be a problem? Assuming the transport network shows it can cope with 21,700 as the Abbey Wood roundabout was a nightmare even on Tuesday evening.

One week to go until the feasibility study is completed? Will we ever know the outcome ? We'll know one way or the other, as if the UWE goes ahead it'll clearly be a positive outcome, if it doesn't then you'd assume that's the explanation Wael will give for it failing.

21700 to start with and 6000 seats can be added at a later date without planning Didn't Wael say himself that it couldn't be increased without planning permission just last week? I thought the extra capacity wouldn't need any changes to the outside structure, but this doesn't mean planning permission wouldn't be required as this can cover other things such as access to the site being suitable for proposed extra capacity. I seem to remember that Wigan and Darlington were not allowed to use the full installed capacity of their grounds when first built due to road access. Wigan obviously solved the problem and Darlington never needed to. I also seem to remember that access was a key issue in Brighton getting permission to to increase capacity after their stadium had been built. It may well be that although the external structure of the UWE stadium could accommodate several thousand more seats, the planning permission assessed whether access was suitable for 21,700 and that a capacity change might need further planning permission with assessment of traffic and parking. I'm no expert, just based on past information I read.

For some reason I got the impression we had to notify south glos to increase to 27000 but no additional planning permission would be required, but your assessment sounds more plausible.

Think everyone is getting ahead of themselves a bit tbh. The capacity is not that important at this stage surely?!

One week to go until the feasibility study is completed? Will we ever know the outcome ? Yep. If they build it, then it's feasible. If they don't, it ain't.
