Way too many mistakes in the past ? Name three ? Dover. Wembley. Portsmouth twice in the sh**ty cup. Dover he was clearly fouled and 99 times out of a hundred it would have been given. Wembley he saved a goal, didn't get sent off ( he wasn't the last man) and we probably wouldn't have gone up without that save, it would have made it 0-2 and shitfest cup I wasn't there and I don't care. Puddy has made many more appearances than Roos and made many less mistakes for us. I don't rate either that much but to say Puddy has made msny mistakes is massively bending the truth.

On BBC they were just saying Lines has been dropped.
Puddy is a liability but Roos has.been diabolical. Really hope puddy proves a point mildenhall style, huge chance for him today.

No Lines or Monty? I fear it's going to be a long afternoon. Lines must be injured not on bench Didn't he pick up a 1 match suspension for accumulated yellows?

Sorry put I do not rate puddy, way too many mistakes in past!! For the record I don't rate Puddy either, but you've got to make a choice between the two. Roos has made way to many mistakes in the present. The defence need some organising, some confidence in what's behind them, and, if nothing else, they need a change in what's behind them, even if on paper he's no better, and Roos needs a rest. Let's hope puddy takes his chance.

I'm at the game, and watching Bury's back line warming up, they average about 17 years old. We need to batter them I reckon.

Yeah the Dover one really wateres me off. It was a blatant foul yet loads of people use it as a stick to beat him with. Fact is we went on a ridiculous run with him in goal. I'm certainly happy to give him a chance.

What this picture doesn't tell you is that The Beard is already three laps ahead of the rest

Even better when you consider that he replaced Mildy who just seemed to make mistake after mistake that season, performed better whilst injured but people tend to forget that because of how precious Mildy is to them . Dover mistake was a foul. Wembley he did not make a mistake. Did he cost us a goal? Did he cost us promotion? No, not sure how people try and use that against him. Portsmouth in a game where no one wanted us to win, would have been happy with a poor performance and to go out of the competition but because it's Puddy, different rules apply. Puddy is not a bad keeper, people just don't like it because Mildy is still here and Puddy is small, though that hasn't stopped other keepers his height and even smaller doing their job so it's irrelevant.

Where's t bone with his will it be on thread ? I am away today, Grandfather duties mean I cannot attend. Hope it goes well. Not happy that Piddly is in goal and that Lines is missing, also useless Taylor upfront does not instill me with any confidence.

If only tbone picked the team, we'd be shot of that useless Taylor and no doubt battling for a conference playoff place for the third season on the bounce.

I think roos has lost confidence in himself, dc has done the right thing in bringing puddy in, at least my the end of the day people wont be able to slate roos which was getting to be like a stuck record..

The team Darrel has picked today looks solid. Strong defence, midfield and forward two. The strongest line up for a long time. Think there will be goals galore today! 4.1 Rovers.
