Coventry @ 3/1 is a ridiculous price Not a match I can bet in today but I couldn't be confident about backing us at odds on!

Coventry @ 3/1 is a ridiculous price Coventry plus one goal, even money. A friend of mine, had a fairly substantial punt on that.

Exactly, January can't come soon enough to be quite frank. It`s not just players being brought in, that`s needed. The confidence seems to have drained out of the side. You could see it against non league Barrow. We got an early goal, knocked the ball about nicely and looked like we might walk away with the game, but as soon as they equalized, you could see our heads go down. The belief looked gone. Same happened at Shrewsbury played well for 5 mins, conceded an early goal and it was game over. Hence why we need some old timers like Mansel &/or Mildenhall back in the team today, what they lack in ability/fitness they make up with their experience.

Think leaders are needed in Jan for sure, even if the likes of Mansell don't get another chance.

why do some people seem to rate Olly Clarke? Because he's a quality player who can score a thirty yard screamer and who has learned to pick an incisive pass.

Just hope DC starts with some width, if not, then Easter at the top of the diamond, just something different from Shrewsbury.

Merry Christmas all Gasheads - especially those of you coming over from afar today. Let's hope there's lots of noise from all of us, a good game of footy and GAS getting the 3pts.

This is the team I would have picked not only for this game but the next one as well regardless of result. I've been saying all season that we'll only see the best of Bodin and Montano when they get a run in the side. Clarke will hopefully be the screen to let lines go on his runs and find those wide passes to the wingers and Gaf and Mateeee up front perfect.

l obviously don't understand football, if Many think OC hits incisive passes! Hope DC picks Boateng You probably don't then. Admittedly he struggled with passing in the Conference season and the one before but last season and this his passing has been top class. You're probably just blinkered by prejudice against him because of past mistakes and he's a young player learning. Two things guaranteed to make a hate figure in the eyes of a Bristolian looking for a scape goat.
