Problem with foreign players at the 82'ers level is that you never know how they'll settle in England or in the English game. I'm not sure an English goalie whose hasn't played for years would demand that much of a wage? Plus you have the language nightmare if he doesn't speak good English. As far as DC I thought he picked the correct team at Shrewsbury but the players simply didn't turn up, so I've bigger doubts about them than DC. language is not an issue in professional football whatever position you play in

If we win today then Yes. If we lose, No. Then when we win the game after that it will be Yes. Lose again then No. It will be an undecided 50/50 yes/no when we draw.

At least 3 utter morons on here then as it stands. name them then? Gasincider is correct. But even if I wanted to I couldn't - Mods can only see who has voted in a poll - not what they've voted for

Just for the record I haven't voted because it's a stupid poll. Everyone I would hope wants him to get us to the promised land, it's some of the rest stops on the way that some of us query. If he has Carte Blanche to do what he wants and nobody can query it, that I'm afraid becomes dictatorship, and we know how that ends.
In my view there are far too many changes and last week the game was handed over on a plate to Charlton. Most up there agreed with that as was made plain on the way out. And there were 15 times as many up there as have voted on here. Just remember this forum is only a pimple on the arse of our ever expanding support base.
Nuff said.

One of the most important facets of the management of the club (this year at least) is the development of the club infrastructure. We are moving forward with that week by week. DC is involved in that too and I back him to make the necessary improvements

You're effectively saying that communication is not neccessary.

Considering DC has been a bit touchy about criticism from fans recently, I hope he reads this to see that those who shout the loudest don't necessarily represent the view of the many.

language is not an issue in professional football whatever position you play in Of course if it can be potentially. You're effectively saying that communication is not neccessary. your not thinking it through are you, football has a universal language. a keeper shouts "freds ball" "away" "man on" "time",4 fingers means 4 in the wall, etc, its very simple. the premiership and the championship are multi-national. socially its better that they learn the language or get by with it of course.

Data protection act comes to mind. Do you really want Roverdrive locked up? Better still let's have a vote on it. Nothing in the DPA to cover this. No personally identifiable information at risk.
