After Ellis's superb 4 goal haul today, that's him, Matty T and Billy Bodin that have grabbed hat-tricks this season.
When was the last time 3 separate Rovers players scored hat-tricks in the same season?
Edit: I don't know the answer.

Gonna admit it, I've been joking with mates when was he gonna score from open play!! Absolute quality today. But my question to fellow gas heads is, how can he look like Pele today and Christian mc'clean on a hangover most days??

I was there I went to the 9-0 as well and we left at 5-0 for our own safety. We were in the away end but was full of Spurs yobs. Watching football in those days could be dangerous. Strange thing was Bobby Gould could have had a first half hat trick. Rovers froze that day.

Yeah fortunately my mate and I weren't wearing scarfs that day so we just kept quiet. We were in a side enclosure which was mixed, but nearly all spurs. We decided early on that clapping politely as the goals went in was a good idea. Agree, the team seemed to be overawed by the fact it was Tottenham.

What about Curetons 2nd half hat trick at Reading 0 - 0 half time 6 - 0 to rovers full time! I'm sure Cureton got 4 & Jason Roberts got the other 2 ? Still Reading's heaviest defeat at the Madjedski stadium to this day I believe?
