Just saw the saves against Bradford ..... Well done Lad ! Fantastic stuff !
i hadn't heard of him before he came to us and I know it's still early but very impressed with this addition to the team.
Feels like all the defensive additions in January were very very good. Well done D.C.!!

I havnt seen partington but lumley and sweeney have been outstanding so far. Ive a feeling jonny burn and partington will start on tuesday night instead of leadbitter and one of the centre backs.

Partington was very good at Rochdale and deserves to be reinstated for a run in the side.

Decent keeper for his age. Definitely should have been man of the match yesterday. Only trouble with him playing like that is that we will struggle to keep him by the end of the season!

Nice to see that we seem to have sorted things out at the back including the keeper, if we can find a bit more of a cutting edge up front we can still be a force to be reckoned with for the remainder of the season.

If Lumley keeps this form up until the end of the season I think we should go all out to sign him.

Where can we see his saves again? Sky sports clip is only 30 seconds long and doesn't show him.
Best keeper performance for us in a long time. If I recall, a lot of his saves were with his feet and very reflex in nature, but you have to be able to read the game to be in the right place at the right time to do that. Good distribution and quick off his line. Very impressed.

Been really solid so far and some great saves yesterday. Hope he keeps this up as I fancy QPR won't be too bothered getting rid, they have some excellent keepers on their books.
Early days yet but encouraging.

What a bloody difference it makes to have a Lge 1 standard goalie at the club!! he comes fro crosses and picks them out of the air like it's easy.
Ditto a big dominant central defender. Shame they took so long to find, and that they are both loans, but should steady the ship ready for maybe using Burn, partingdon etc more in games to come. Although DC hasn;t given up on this season he's clearly trying to give less experienced / fringe players game time.

Had the briefest of chats with his dad and a couple of his mates before the match. They were on the Uplands Terrace then went into the stand. Every reason to be proud.

Impressed with him.Felt sorry for the lad at Walsall on his debut when we folded second half but he looks good.Do hope QPR don't recall him or Stoke recall Sweeney.Lots of Stokies up here asking about the latter and how's he doing??

Don't think there's much danger of a recall for either, but I think we've got a far better chance of getting Lumley permanently than Sweeney, hope Burn is anywhere near as good. Would love to get both though.

Had a very good game. His decision making looks excellent for such a young keeper.
Also thought Sweeney was immense again yesterday. He looks a class act and seems to have helped Tom Lockyer regain his confidence playing along side him.

Was disappointed we got 2 loanees in January in Lumley and Sweeney instead of permanent signings. However, after seeing them play, I can't fault either of them and they have greatly enhanced our defence. That save on Saturday was fantastic.

LBH have we missed any of the loans that went back?
Of course I'm happy that they gave us good options during the busy first half of the season but that's it.
