Good luck to him, I hope he does well and earns himself the opportunity of a contract there or elsewhere. We all agree that, unfortunately, he hasn't been able to step up to the standard we are now playing at and need from a keeper, but assuming this leads to him moving on I would like to thank him for all his efforts and the part he has played over the last two years, nearly three seasons.

Yeah, for someone who turned up as non-contract cover, he's had a great stay with us, really. And has been no worse than a lot of fancied, higher-placed clubs' goalies who have come on loan (which, unfortunately doesn't say too much). So, must go down as a successful signing, all things considered.

Without him steadying the ship when Milders was struggling for form we could well be still a Conference side now, or even bankrupt! Unfortunately for Puddy last summer's promotion did him no favours.

Did I read that right? If it wasn't for Puddy we'd still be non-league or bankrupt now? WAQ came out himself and said he wouldn't have purchased us if we were non-league. We were spending every single penny we had on a court case we weren't going to win and taking out Wonga loans to make up the shortfall. Mildy was making far too many mistakes and despite what people claim, Puddy was solid.

Also, if we hadn't had gone up thanks to the heroics of Puddy (who it now seems single handily took us up!) 2 seasons ago, who's to say we wouldn't have gone up last season?

If the fish keeper had dived 1/1000000 of a second faster we would still be conference.

Good luck to him, helped us out of the conference and seemed a good guy. Hope the loans works out well for him and he gets fixed up with a club in the summer.
