I'm really hoping we get a lot more, I haven't been to an away game and I had this fixture down to be my first and was really looking forward to it.

Bristol Rovers SLO @brfcslo 2 hours ago
Have made contact with Coventry to see about getting more tickets as soon as we know anything we will let you know.UTG!!
Praying for good news regarding this. Is it good news that they haven't had a response within a couple of hours? Surely if it was a no, it would be a pretty simple answer to give.

This is an absolute joke why don't they just let us have what we want? Perhaps this has something to do with police restrictions why I don't know? A Massive ground barely a third full where's the sense there? How can a club like Coventry afford to turn away fans it's Dam beyond me!

Their crowd on Saturday was 9150 with 1329 of them being from Bradford. That means there was less than 8000 home fans in a ground that holds 32,000. Surely they'd want a few more fans in there to liven the place up a bit? It must be morbid at the minute.

This hasn't been handled well by either club. We've never been told that this is all-ticket for Rover's fans and there's no mention of the Coventry game at all on the 'Latest ticket news' section of our website. We were told that tickets for Group 2 would be on sale today, but also told that all the tickets had been sold to Group 1 buyers and they woukd ask for more tickets on Monday. So are we supposed to phone up today to try and buy tickets that don't exist?

Like I say, I'm quite encourage by the fact that they've taken so long to reply. Sorting out the policing and other things for an extra one or two thousand tickets will take time. A simple dismissive NO would take very little time at all. We live in hope. UTG!

Give Coventry a chance to sort things out and I'm sure they will do. I expect they are a little surprised that we have sold out our 1800 allocation especially given that high flying Bradford only brought 1,300 down this weekend.
I'm a little disappointed that the Rovers website hasn't given us an update though.

Sounds like it'll be a day or so before Coventry make anymore tickets available. Anyone know if they will be available to priority 2 group or will season ticket holders get the first opportunity to purchase.

I understand that additional tickets will be on sale probably Thursday. We may actually get the full allocation of 6k for the away end but this has yet to be confirmed

Saves people time and hassle if they just give us the full allocation to sell.

Got to be said that Bradford following is water poor. They don't seem to travel as well as the others like Bolton and Sheffield United.

Apparently lots of gas could be in home end as we may not get anymore than the 1800 tickets we have been given
