Wow! Who'd have thought that Stuart Sinclairs integrity would be questioned? Ref has had a mare. To be fair, he does dive occasionally.

Yeah, he played last night. and scored. Looking at their run in, maybe they can do us a few favours..... Come on Charlie, always thought he was a good un.

The first seemed ok, the 2nd looked like a dive to me. Only Sinclair himself will know.
Very disappointing if he has dived. Can't stand that.
Unlucky if he hasn't I suppose.

They look three similar incidents to me, how can the ref say Sincs dived but the Bury player was fouled? I can't see Sincs would have dived for the first card as he would have been clean though if he hadn't been fouled? The second one is hardly a blatant dive warranting a card, although perhaps Sincs should have been a bit more careful having picked up a card then again you sense the ref would have made sure it was only going to be a Bury win last night.

Yeah, he played last night. and scored. Swindle getting relegated this season would be karma, the thieving gits.

Both tackles looked pretty soft to me but at the same time Sincs is an honest player so does seem strange to me.
There penalty was equally soft and Moore should have tracked his runner for their second. Third goal was well taken to be fair but the game was lost by then anyway.

From the hi-lights for the penalty he was already into his dive outside the area. Toner makes sure Rovers and Bury will be playing each other next season.
If Sincs didn't appeal for the second he would have stayed on. Not quite sure if the linesman gave Toner the nod, he had the best view.

We all know that some refs rule with the card and have absolutely no common sense. I've always been of the opinion that refs in league one are either failed Championship and Premiership ones, or those that haven't made the grade yet. Onto the next game UTG It's easy to slate refs - then kids at grass roots start doing it too.

One plus of the result is Swindle town in big big trouble. Is Colkett still there? I think it's a shame if a local rival goes down - rather play them than Fleetwood or Scunthorpe in games. Better crowds, banter etc

Byron Moore - what a waste of space - first goal absolutely no need to challenge and then 2nd didn't bother tracking back - Moore on for Bodin at HT

I've watched the replays about 4 times each and Sinclair is on the way to ground before the player is in any contactable area. 2 dives and 2 deserved cards I'm afraid. Deserved everything we got for trying to con the ref that badly and in positions of the field that were no real threat as well. I can't stand simulation of any kind and the quicker all refs stamp down hard on it the better. If all refs had the same approach then we wouldn't see it to the extent we do today. So the Beard is a Cheat ?

Has anyone seen or heard DCs post match interview or any players ? It's hard to tell from the highlights if they were dives or not but having seen them sbout 10 times I'd say the first probably not but the second perhaps.

Onto the next game UTG It's easy to slate refs - then kids at grass roots start doing it too. I wouldn't slate refs if they were consistent. Last night the ref wasn't even consistent with his own decisions, let alone against those made by others. Kids will always respect anyone who sets a good example. League 2 refs were better last season, probably because more of them are on their way up the ladder than down. I felt the same way when we were last in this division previously. Friends of mine whose teams have spent a few seasons down in league 1 from the championship have also noticed the poorer standard.
