Hate to think it but if they come in for him I feel it would be too big a temptation to turn down and I wouldn't blame him if he decided to further his career elsewhere. It will certainly test his loyalty to the extreme - if they come in I think he will go. It will cost Norwich some serious money to 'break' his contract - but another great challenge for him if he decided to go.

Get that 5 year contract offer on the table Wael.
You know it makes sense!

Don't think he would go with the upheavel involved and he will get us to the Championship I have no doubt.New stadium announcement would cement him here even more so do hope it gets sorted sooner rather than later. Pardew according to Telegraph main target.

Unless DC didn't fancy uprooting to Norfolk why would he turn down a decent pay rise and a v. good playing budget, particularly if he was seriously interested in the basket case job at Leeds in the past? However, I can't imagine Norwich would have waited this long if they were seriously thinking about offering the job to DC, the bookings seem to agree as he's a 30/1 outsider!

Honestly think he'd turn it down. With you on this. 4 points off the playoffs with 7 to go is hardly the time for a change in jobs.

Upheaval? Managers move on all the time time it's their chosen lifestyle - why has DC never moved to Bristol? The 'Stadium Saga' has dragged on too long - the silence is deafening!! Unless of course DC knows there's something positive on the horizon - I would like to think so - but obviously nothing is certain yet!!

Or maybe he hasn't moved to Bristol because it is a commutable distance from where he lives, and he has young children who are probably settled at local schools? I would imagine that these days a lot of managers don't actually uproot their families when they get a new job, in some cases the unpacking wouldn't have been completed before they were sacked.

After the last 3 seasons hes going to be in the running for every championship and big club league 1 job that becomes vacant. I reckon he would take the norwich job if offered as their not only a big club but also well ran but we might be lucky because they might just go for a bigger name manager.

Maybe - he only married last year and lives close to Southampton - hardly an easy commute.

Yellow just isn't DC's colour. Isn't he an Ipswich supporter?

Everything crossed - let's hope he is not approached - if he is I fear the worst. In the overall scheme of things Wael is much more important to the future of the Club.
