Is anybody else unhappy with 5,000 season tickets sold? I am,would have thought more like 7k? Am i being unrealistic to be underwhelmed?

Without knowing the stats on how many people buyseaskn tickets closer to the start of the season, it's hard to say. On the one hand I would hope we beat last year's figure but on the other, I suspect that over 5000 is far in advance of anything in my time following the Gas.

Is anybody else unhappy with 5,000 season tickets sold? I am,would have thought more like 7k? Am i being unrealistic to be underwhelmed? Average number of season tickets per number at games is 65%. There are a number of clubs that boost that average up considerably. Our home areas hold about 10,000 WHEN SOLD OUT so 6,500 would see us at the average, if we sold out every home game. I'd say given the facilities 5000 plus was a very good number. www.efl.com/news/2017/january/efl-attendance-analysis--report--season-201516/

Last chance to secure a seat today of which there is a long waiting list for so I suspect the figure may rise in the next couple of weeks. 5k is still great when you think we barely sold 3k for our first season in league 2.

Talking typical nonsense, let's be honest the Mem is a sh1t hole for families etc with virtually all the decent seats sold out, so to get anywhere near 6K is an incredible achievement, when only a couple of years ago that was more than some of home attendances in the Conference.

Agreed, the Mem is a sh!t hole and not the best place to bring the family for a day out. I'll be investing a lot more of my families time at UWE WHEN it happens and I'm sure a lot of other families will be also.

We haven't got that many so far this summer ( told this last week).
