Altrincham bottom of NLN! What a void between us now. Only seems like yesterday when we had the horror show at their ground Driving home after the game, I couldn`t see how things could possibly get any worse. Then I went to Braintree.... Yes,Alfreton was also somewhat disconcerting but Braintree!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Best memory was at Nuneaton when the fog was closing in and we thought it might be abandoned.Stood on their metal terracing was as cold as it gets.

Correct Mario and has been since March. Left Braintree much earlier, Nov/Dec. He has been told he is very much temp at Sutton. Not what they're looking for.

Will Puddy's Wikipedia page says he's 6 foot 3 inches tall. I reckon he edited that himself, he's barely 6 foot tall. Joe Lumley is just over 6 foot 4 inches according to his page. Its an error. He is closer to 5ft 3 in

Can someone ITK request we play Torquay for a pre season friendly? Would be a good weekender in July and would help bring in some extra revenue to the Gulls. With Hargreaves's connection surprised we havent have players like Greenslade or Broom go there on loan. Why would anybody want to fund the man responsible for us leaving our Eastville home? Clarke Osbourne can fund his own club.

With a competent keeper between the sticks, we`d have left the National League as champions. I still have nightmares, about the first half an hour at Wembley.

True but the whole defence were poor in that half hour but you're right in so far as he didn't shine in a good team but Mildy was first choice until early March so not all Puddys fault. Probably just not good enough. UTG!

Watching York v FGR and York hit the crossbar twice in the first 3 minutes, both direct from a throw in! York losing and are down if they lose, could still go down if they win mind.

York 1-1 (33mins) Parkin lol York 1-2 (35mins)
1-2 h/t
FGR have morphed into Swindon.Crazy Dam around with the ball at the back, already cost them 1 goal and York will get something from this game if they carry on playing like they have been.Torquay drawing at h/t and safe right now.

2-2 now. Really hope York stay up. Took them ages to get back into the league. Great away day despite being an absolute trek!

York back in the drop zone.
Can't believe how few FGR fans there are there. I assume there's some on seats as the away terrace had 4 people and 4 ball boys in it.

Back to back relegation for York. Does half bring it home how we needed to get out that league at first chance

I just caught the last ten mins , sent shivers down my spine , that silence at the end brought back horrible memories. Football can be a cruel mistress.
