The crowd needed to overtake Millwall's home attendance this season.
Average Attendance 2016/17
Not sure what our max capacity is, but an average of 9,300+ is an excellent figure.

Think the capacity was updated to 12,500 with the new tent - although it seems to change on a match-by-match basis.

You should also take into account that both Millwall & Bristol Rovers should be two places higher in that list.
That is because Charlton give out thousands of free tickets & include them in their attendance figures - whether they show up or not. If you look at any Charlton forum they say that most games this season have seen sub 8,000 gates, no where near 11,000 odd. They say that the owner & CEO do this to cover up how much they have alienated the fans. However, they have given out & included comps in attendances since the 1990s.
Milton Keynes also do the same. Plus have also benefitted from some huge away followings.
I think our (Millwall) gates have held up quite well, given our expensive prices and rather stop start season. Especially given the many other things to do & clubs to watch in London.
I have always admired Bristol Rovers' support too. To carve out a niche in a two club city, when the other club has more often than not been in a higher division, is something to be proud of - but especially so when that niche is as a well supported & passionate club.

That would me sound like I was from Essex though.
A Millwall fan actually from SE London / Eastend would be far more clipped (for the Special lady garden). Think Mike Reid (Frank Butcher in Eastenders) or Bricktop from the film Snatch - both locals to Millwall.

That's just like South Bristol in comparison!

just been on the website only 253 tickets remaining:
127 - Family 52 - SW tent 74 - S tent
all other areas showing as sold out. not bad for a "meaningless" game from our point of view.

With a 11,500 + crowd on Sunday we're heading for a 9,300 average gate for the season !! Excellent. Would love to see that improved on next season with a minimum top 6 finish ! UTG !

Chance that the two worst supported clubs Fleetwood and Rochdale could be promoted.

On the subject of accents, a few years ago, me and scrappydoo were actively making our way through the 92 league grounds (and then a lot of the Conference sides during our season down there). I managed to get tickets to a West Ham game at Upton Park. I remember him listening to the chants (as he likes to do) and he was watering himself laughing. I asked him what he was laughing at and his reply was "Dad, they don't know how to say wankers. They keep calling the other team wankas". Made I laff

Chance that the two worst supported clubs Fleetwood and Rochdale could be promoted. Not to worry. I'm sure the sh** will bolster their gates with their 10,000 travelling fans.

Less than 250 tickets left !! Excellent! So I guess our capacity is around 11,700 then? This always seems to be a closely guarded secret for some reason?
