Less than 250 tickets left !! Excellent! So I guess our capacity is around 11,700 then? This always seems to be a closely guarded secret for some reason? like everything else, everything seems to be a secret when it comes to Rovers

just been on the website only 253 tickets remaining: 127 - Family 52 - SW tent 74 - S tent all other areas showing as sold out. not bad for a "meaningless" game from our point of view. How many Millwall fans have bought home tickets though? Its a massive game for them and if I was in their shoes I'd be looking to go in the home sections. Living near London I am also aware of a few who have tickets in the home sections.

Its a pretty dumb thing to do though as they will just be kicked out rather than be moved to the away ends as there is no space.

Exactly, especially when they can watch the beam back at the Den with their OWN fans.

Don't forget we have also got the cockney beer bellied Ray Winstone look alikes to fit in too, so should be a tight squeeze. It's a good job they are a nice friendly bunch though!

Their (ones in our end) only hope would be a 0-0 and hope other results go their way.
Would be funny if we scored in the 1st minute and scores of their fans from home areas of the ground got chucked out

That would me sound like I was from Essex though. A Millwall fan actually from SE London / Eastend would be far more clipped (for the Special lady garden). Think Mike Reid (Frank Butcher in Eastenders) or Bricktop from the film Snatch - both locals to Millwall. On the subject of accents, a few years ago, me and scrappydoo were actively making our way through the 92 league grounds (and then a lot of the Conference sides during our season down there). I managed to get tickets to a West Ham game at Upton Park. I remember him listening to the chants (as he likes to do) and he was watering himself laughing. I asked him what he was laughing at and his reply was "Dad, they don't know how to say wankers. They keep calling the other team wankas". Made I laff I was born and brought up in Eastville, but on a trip to the US a couple of years ago a women in a gas station wanted to know which part of California I was from! At motel in Arizona the bloke on the desk asked me "Is it this hot back home in Australia?".

No chance are capacity isn't that big and all the tickets haven't been sold max 11700 I reckon but it's a bit like the UWE a guessing game.

The attendance for Dagenham last year was 11,700 and that was with no SW stand and with Dagenham not quite managing to sell out the away end.
If we do sell out for Sunday, I would be very surprised if the attendance was 11,700 again.

Refer to my post above guessing game! I guess we might be closer to knowing the capacity after the Millwall game? Club saying we've sold 11500 with 250 left, that must include the Millwall tickets of roughly 1300 or were touching 13000 and it ain't that big? Basically f**k knows !!!

At least I was convinced he was. One day I asked him which part of Australia he was from and he said Kent!! His accent was nailed on Aussie but he was genuinely born and bred in Kent. And being a dog I have excellent hearing! Go figure.

Indeed.
Sadly, the Oxbridge writers of Eastenders have made everyone believe that the Essex accent is the same as the cockney one via 'Ricccccckkkkkaaaayyyy'.
Bermondsey born Mike Reid as Frank Butcher was more authentic.
And Bricktop would be ideal - he always reminds me of my uncles having a moan about whoever is the Millwall manager / chairman / scapegoat player at any given time.

I find Eastenders is rubbish these days. When I last saw it, it had changed from gritty Eastenders being gritty and had turned into a serious of stories about 40 something women having affairs. Coronation street seems to have turned a bit camp and slapstick, Hollyoaks is no longer a bevvy of beauties. Soaps were good in the 1990s. It's not opinion, it's just a matter of fact.
