Just an update - match passes are now available for £5 for overseas fans. Not quite the monthly subscription but could be good value for those who want to pick and choose what they want to watch. For UK supporters, there's a monthly option at £4.49 for the live audio and extended highlights. I'm a little confused. Are the overseas £5 match passes to watch a live game? Yes that's right. At the moment there's only the option to buy a pass for the Charlton game. After that, additional matches will be open for purchase. I don't think there's any consistency in the currency at the moment. I bought in GBP using a French VPN, but immediately after all prices were in Euro, which explains Topper's price of 6 Euro. I'm also ready to go - using a VPN from UK so it'll be interesting to see what works and what doesn't. Something will work I'm sure, I'm determined not to see the £110 wasted! I sent an e-mail to EFL this morning asking how many devices can be used at the same time, will post here when I get a reply. Depends if they bloke it like some sites now do like BT. On some you have to have your location turned on, for it to work. Expect all will do this soon, an easy way for them to stop people doing it illegally. But then again, they might not want to stop people, as long as they are being the money for it lol. Yep, there will likely be a way around it if they block known VPN's - Proxy's tend to work on streaming sites like Netflix that block VPN's, or possibly setting up a personal server somewhere. I'm looking to sign up for this today but I'm sh**e on computers, been told need vpn,is £60 a yr expensive as the free ones are meant to be crap And I go on os and it doesn't say anything about live games just the commentary Hellllllllllllllp If my method works next week I'll let you know a guide for free VPN with enough data included to watch the live streams

I use a VPN all the time as its more secure than my own I.P address. I use the Avast one ( if you have Avast on your machine already, its the option marked "privacy") and I think it cost about £30 with an option to add extra machines if you want to buy a multiple licence. One thing I have found is that using a VPN your download speed is not as good as not using one. Something to consider if you have a crap internet signal www.avast.com/en-gb/secureline-vpn#androidJust checked the above and they are offering a free 7 day trial. Ideal for checking out Ifollow with a VPN cheers, can I watch the games on my TV then? It's got internet on it so can I join up through that or just use laptop I am not sure but I strongly suspect to use Ifollow you will need to download an app, most TV cant do that.

Come on guys, it's $140 for the whole season and some of that will end up in the Rovers coffers. What's not to love? Can't wait. UTG!

I'm not going to be able to get to many games this season so if this works in the UK it'll be awesome as I get to see the games and the club get more money out of me than they would have.

I'm in Greece now so that iPad will handy next Saturday!

Personally I am a little suprised they are doing match passes. It means that a lot more will now try to bend the rules to use this. I guess we need to see how it gets on this season and if problems occur with too many UK residents using it.
I am very excited to be able to see our games. I may not pay tax but at least I'm giving something to club!

Yep, plenty of ways of watching it (providing there are no service issues)
1) Laptop (or connect HDMI cable to TV) 2) iPad or Android tablet / iPhone / Android Phone (Can use Chromecast wirelessly connect it to the TV) 3) Android TV box like Nvidia Shield, MXQ, M9, etc.
There are a number of VPN services for Android on the Google Play store (I assume the same for iPad). VPN Unlimited has a 6 day trial - I installed that on my phone yesterday and browsing is quick. Might be worth testing for those doing the one off match next week.
Since we don't know what will happen, I recommend to take caution with VPN's. Test some out beforehand and see what server is quick for browsing. I don't know if any services ban people for showing as two different countries in quick succession, but I probably wouldn't take that risk just yet.
