Could be good business for the club with a concourse of bars & food outlets. And a titty bar? Oh yes please.

Turn the pitch, build a stadium that holds 20k with designed in growth as the club progresses to overtake the sh**,and moves into the premiership. Local pubs, chippy, atmosphere, and heritage.

It's a 10 for me, either the UWE or similar. I would love to bring my son but need more and better wheelchair facilities.

Skins v Shrits. Good God man, you have to think big if we are going to make this happen. I'm beginning to think you don't want us to get the Mem sorted.

10,10,10! The Mem has served a purpose for 20 years but it's a dump & we MUST have a larger venue with all the income streams that brings to move on. I want BRFC to play at the highest level possible & there's little chance of that at the Mem.

10 Some great moments & memories at the Mem, but as a stadium it's not fit for purpose & I can't see any chance it could be updated, for me the bus went on that one years ago.

Has to be a new stadium for me. I can remember some really crap grounds Elm Park, The Vetch with crap teams but where are they now? At my time of life can't really afford the wait for new planning etc - for me UWE but I'm not convinced the whole match day experience with no pubs etc will be better. The closest pubs are probably The Foxes Den, The Beaufort & The George. Not sure if there is a route through from Lockleaze - so has to be a 10. 10 for me too. It will be possible to walk or catch a bus to the UWE site from Lockleaze.

Unless we can find another site and build or somehow upgrade the Mem to 25,000 it means the difference between reaching our potential and being a premiership club, or having the Mem in its shambloic state it is and running the risk of having repeats of what has happened to BRFC over the past 21 years. For me it's a 10 out of 10 as thats what our clubs needs. Premiership. Easy tiger. Our aim should be to play as high as possible which in England is the premiership. First we need to get into the Championship and build while in the UWE. But we have premiership level potential as do the City but we need our new arena to fulfill this. If wigan, Bournemouth , Hull , swindon ,Barnsley ,Cardiff, Burnley ,Blackpool , Blackburn , Charlton, Bradford , fulham , Reading ,Stoke, Watford and now Brighton can do it - then so can we.As we as much potential fanbase as each one of them, if not the history. But We need to get the UWE sorted to do this.

I look at the UWE from 2 angles...
To Compete and sustain it is a must
However, I will really miss the terracing at Rovers and hope it doesn't turn into a soulless modern ground like so many these days. We will also need to be in the top 2 levels of English football otherwise the ground is likely to be half empty.

Usually spurred on by a pint in the Drapers after my chips from the chippy in Lockleaze. We need a new stadium to progress, we cannot continue to patch up the Mem and expect to generate revenue. Of the pubs mentioned above, the George is a painting & decorators shop now. Half a litre of thinners please mate I get the whole Gloucester Rd thing, but you have to move with the times. A decent pint of Bath Ales or some other local brew in the ground would suit me, train from Parson Street to Abbeywood - jobs a good un

There is an opportunity there for someone with the cash in their pocket. Hopefully not one of those Hungry Horse kind of pub/ restaurants. But beggars can t be choosers.

It is the most boring all seater soulless bowl design, with shallow stands identical to an MK Dons stadium where the only decent view was at the top of the bottom tier. Would much prefer something like the Madjeski. Add the loss of Gloucester Rd, I'm hoping we at least get considerably better drinking facilities than TGI pre match and a concrete shell refreshment counter in the stadium.
Why do I want it to happen? Only as that is what 'progress' requires, more specifically DC stadying. Unfortunately progress just means over spending on players who don't care in the Championship, and nothing to ever play for but survival in the Prem. Sounds miserable but that's just how footballs going.
City are very lucky getting stands with very good facilities and views on their current patch. Unfortunately the Mem site would always restrict us. If we had historically been a bigger fish, we might have looked at building a 30-40k stadium next to temple meads.

10 for a new ground with great facilities for fans, proper bars/pubs incorporated in ground and decent food outlets, not the standard modern concourse with concrete walls, no seats, cold and miserable. Safe standing, good parking, good views and a winning team. Not too much to ask for WAQ!
