Listened to him on the Alan Brazil show ... spoke very well about the play offs across all three divisions and nicely sidestepped the Bradford v Millwall forecast. Way better than Ray Parlour and some others I have heard voicing poorly researched words.
AB asked how the season had gone for Rovers and again Marcus spoke very well .... last words were " There is another promotion in this Club" .... have to say I believe him.
Hopefully won't be for a long time yet but wondered if he would be a natural replacement for DC one day.

With our owners talking about 'evolution' it looks likely that a replacement for DC could well be found from within the club; MS, CH.................... Also as they beef up the backroom staff I suspect they'd want someone who can work with them. Often a new man wants to bring in his own people. Of course it would also depend upon whom DC wants to take with him. In some respects he is still a rookie manager with experience only of Salisbury and us. It would be daunting and a huge challenge to go into, say, a Championship side 'on your ownsome'.

If DC receives the backing he deserves from our board / owner he will be with a championship side, they are called Bristol Rovers.
