Which was the best day ?
This is a tough one for me but I think Browners last gasp winner and the infamous closing down Gloucester Road party just shades the Wembley experience for me
be very interested to hear other Gasheads viewpoints and stories from both days

Yes we didn't play well at Wembley, but the pure drama v Daggers And the relentless battering of their goalmouth second half was scintillating
Then the horrific 2 min wait for the Accrington result ..........

Easy one for me....has to be daggers!
Don't get me wrong Wembley was a fantastic experience but the game itself was much more exciting and I hate penalties. Even 40k fans at Wembley could not match the atmosphere of a packed mem and the chance to take part in a pitch invasion.

Daggers match by a mile. Wembley was good in the end, but that was more utter relief, rather than the crazy scenes at the Mem and long into the night on Glos Rd.

Daggers game as the future of our club diddnt depend on the result like the Wembley fixture against Grimsby! Never in my life have I had a hangover quite like it , but It was worth it !!!

Definitely the daggers match. That will probably be a 1 off in our lifetimes for the gas. Real smash and grab. However the Wembley win was a million times more important.

I think it was because of spending all afternoon looking at other results that made it. Penalties are something of a lottery too so you can kid yourself you were unlucky. The sheer number of chances we created in that Daggers match was unbelievable and to finally clinch it with the last kick of the game (again!) is just the stuff of school-boy dreams. And then that wait.... Double the joy, double the relief! The Wembley win was so much more important but it has to be Daggers for me.

Wembley, the sheer joy of Manse's penalty,we were back in the league, yes we played crap but we'd got out of that hell-hole at the first attempt, we'd seen Luton, Grimsby,Wrexham,Lincoln etc fester there for years and the thought of us suffering that vanished with that famous penalty. Browners right foot was amazing but Manse's right foot gave us our pride back.

I was away for the Daggers game, biggest regret in life thus far - playoff final by default

Best day v Daggers Most Important v Grimsby Agree absolutely. I thought Mansell`s penalty would be the most dramatic finale to a season, that I`d see in my lifetime. Little did I know.

Daggers for me too, but I have to say for a no pressure atmosphere and sheer pride in my team I enjoyed the Chelsea game more than any game I have seen except the wins against City. UTG

Surprised most have gone for the daggers match. As a 2 hour or so watch then it was great with a fantastic last few minutes and the waiting around. It was certainly a lot more enjoyable than Wembley. But for the sheer sake of relief, walking done the steps after the pen by Manse and the sheer joy of realising that we had got out of jail then nothing will ever beat that feeling for the hour or so just after. After the daggers game there was a plan B, the play offs and we were in form and think we would have won. After the Grimsby match there was no plan B or any other it would have been awful and the summer would have been awful. Others have put it better, perhaps best day was daggers but most important was Wembley because so much was riding on it. And the hour after was the best hour and even better than that after the daggers match. UTG!

Wembley for the whole weekend! I was on a stag weekend in Brighton, travelled up to Wembley and back to the stag on the Sunday evening - we were in a right state by the time we got back! The groom is an Exeter fan so all his mates were there and celebrated in style (they thought they had six points in the bag for the season after!).
D&R for sheer drama though and the noise when Browner scored!
