Steve Morrison would be a good signing, talismanic striker, can't see him playing in the championship, we need quality over quantity, decent keeper a must. I'd like him but think Millwall will give him a season in the championship.

I reckon these are the sort of realistic(ish) targets that would have us challenging:
Joe Lumley - Season Loan Matt Briggs - Free Transfer Ryan Sweeney - Season Loan, or Ryan Bennett - Free Transfer James Henry - Free Transfer Corey Whitely - A Fee Jordan Maguire-Drew or Matty Kennedy - Season Loan Cameron McGeehan - A Fee Brad Potts - A Fee James Collins - A Fee Kyle Lafferty - Free Transfer

He's very commanding. A Sweeney type.

He's very commanding. A Sweeney type. He's always looked decent when I've seen him. Another CB that would be worth a deal, if we could convince him to step down, is Michael Turner released by Norwich. He is 6'4" and dominant in the air. I previously mentioned Ryan Bennett, but that looks very unlikely now with him being linked with Brighton. Turner is 33 but could do a job for 2 years I reckon. Winger Michael Kightly has just been released by Burnley. Had his injury problems in the past, but played 21 times last season. An optimistic shout to say the least, but if we could tempt him to the club it would be a real coup IMHO. He'll probably have options in the Championship though so highly unlikely.

After football Knighton is now retired from football and currently spends his time creating artworks and writing poetry. In 2008, Knighton exhibited some of his artworks, a mix of sculpture and painting, at King’s College Chapel in Cambridge. The work consisted of three contrasting depictions of the crucifixion of Jesus Christ. At the time, Knighton used the pseudonym and anagram of his name "Kongthin Pearlmich", as he did not want to attach his past links with his football career. Some coverage of the exhibition appeared in The Telegraph newspaper stating "Canterbury Cathedral offered Christ sculpture 'worth £70 million". However, the value of the sculpture was unable to be verified as experts at Sotherbys and Christies stated they did not recognise the artists name. In late 2014, Knighton announced an upcoming book "Visionary": Manchester United and Michael Knighton, stating "It is a book (written by others) that tells of the whole Manchester United-Michael Knighton story. I hope it will see the light of day quite soon."

Quality goal from David Wheeler now in the final. Another player I'd love to see here. Probably out of our reach financially, but you can always dream.

Ollie Watkins looks good I know he's been mentioned before? I think there will be several clubs chasing him, I would love to see us have a go at signing him but probably out of our price range anyway?
