I wasn't at the game. I was in SE London! How did you come to that conclusion anyway? Technically if Bideford is right, I am paying for the police anyway. So are you...assuming you aren't a tax dodger. I suggest you stop drinking during the day - that is exactly the point Millwall fans invaded the Wembley pitch - that does not happen these days even for internationals. - Why should Millwall get away with it. They cost all other league clubs a police bill - and I assume by your location today - Millwall will get your defense But other clubs including ours should get away with it?

If DC had played Sweeney for the last game of the season they may well have missed out on the the play-offs altogether. I wondered about that, small margins you could say?

Haven't seen all of it but if the sanctimonious on here want Millwall fined I presume they wanted us fined after we all invaded the pitch last season? Did we invade the pitch at Wembley?

Let them off and next time it will be a few plus more, and then a few plus more plus more Millwall get away with too much too often Shall we get fined and punishment for pyrotechnics aswell then? Where are you going with this? It's jubilation and every playoff game has had a pitch invasion. The Millwall fans in that situation were harmless. The Barnsley game was a different matter but today is a bit meh, don't you think? The Millwall players are saying their fans ruined the celebrations and Bradford manager said he came close to assaulting a few lions pitch invaders... And you think it's perfectly acceptable?

Just watching the big play off final, Alloa v Brechin on BBC ALBA, 2nd leg. Such a pleasant friendly affair not like that Millwall lot. Oddly though in the Gaelic commentary which I don't understand Bristol Rovers suddenly got a mention no idea why. Any guesses?

We seemed to get a lot of bad press about a few of our followers over the last few seasons, and threats of dire action if we did it again. Have they given up trying to educate Millwall?

To be honest we had a mass pitch invasion at the mem when we got promoted Millwall got caught up in the moment as we did the. Difference is they are Millwall (bit of a rep or wot) and it was the hallowed turf of Wembley only the Tartan Army have had the audacity to do such a thing!, I think there will be a few moments next season in the Championship😜

If DC had played Sweeney for the last game of the season they may well have missed out on the the play-offs altogether. And they would have dismantled the stand and threw it on the pitch!

To answer your question I am not aware of any pitch invasion regulations that differentiate between Wembley and other grounds. As regards quoting some of your hypocritical comments, how about "Clap, clap".

Stuart McCall the Bradford manager came close to 'clocking' a few Millwall fans saying it's a nonsense how they came on the pitch and goaded and intimidated his players when they were distraught...and then says..
"I'm not necessarily blaming the people who did it but where was the stewarding?"
Makes perfect sense mate. Not blaming the people who did it? Wtf are you talking about. What the feck is it in today's blame society? It's never the actual persons fault is it.

This is probably bad form quoting myself but I've just Heard the reason for our mention Man of the match ex Rovers player James Dale was the connection. Scored the winning penalty. Left us to go the Stirling Uni 5 years ago then made a football career there.

I remember James Dale back in the day, although I didn't know he studied at Stirling Uni, I'd always thought he went to Chipping Sodbury Technical College.

Just read an article that said he left us to study at Stirling and played for them while studying. Then got picked up by Forfar I think
