Great won't have to go up to Millwall again next season, rather go to Bradford any day , nice tarts in the pubs , Fantastic curry house 2 minutes from Valley Parade , to sum up Bradford City and there home Valley Parade, it's a white island ,in a giant bowl of curry.

Are the differences between a home pitch invasion on promotion/end of season and a Wembley playoff final not blindingly obvious?
The mem is our pitch for starters. Wembley isn't.
There were no more matches to be played at the mem... There are another 3 very important matches next weekend to be played at Wembley - the pitch being ruined should not be jeopardised (not saying it was ruined but if thousands decided to descend on it, in the heat of the moment damage may have been done to the turf).
Daggers players left the pitch straight away after full time... today Bradford players had to wait on that pitch devastated at losing. They now not only have to wait to watch Millwall claim their medals but idiotic fans to leave the pitch.
I could go on. The two are not comparable. And every other set of fans seem to be able to understand this and celebrate in the stands with everyone else. Why should Millwall not have to abide by the able are rules?

Let them off and next time it will be a few plus more, and then a few plus more plus more Millwall get away with too much too often Shall we get fined and punishment for pyrotechnics aswell then? Where are you going with this? It's jubilation and every playoff game has had a pitch invasion. The Millwall fans in that situation were harmless. The Barnsley game was a different matter but today is a bit meh, don't you think? The fourth official noted the blue flares thrown at our last home game against Millwall, so we will probably get fined for that.

Wouldn't want us to get away with anything remotely naughty. Hopefully we get deducted 6 points for that.

Are the differences between a home pitch invasion on promotion/end of season and a Wembley playoff final not blindingly obvious? The mem is our pitch for starters. Wembley isn't. ***You are not allowed on the pitch at our ground and our fans broke the rule. There were no more matches to be played at the mem... There are another 3 very important matches next weekend to be played at Wembley - the pitch being ruined should not be jeopardised (not saying it was ruined but if thousands decided to descend on it, in the heat of the moment damage may have been done to the turf). ***The Wembley ground staff will be able to deal with it better than ours with the pitchfork and 1930s sprinkler. ***It was a few hundred, not thousands. Daggers players left the pitch straight away after full time... today Bradford players had to wait on that pitch devastated at losing. They now not only have to wait to watch Millwall claim their medals but idiotic fans to leave the pitch. ***The 5 minutes delay could hardly make their day any worse. I could go on. The two are not comparable. And every other set of fans seem to be able to understand this and celebrate in the stands with everyone else. Why should Millwall not have to abide by the able are rules? ***It's not Millwall, it was a few hundred from about 30 thousand. Most of the fans were booing. ***Our fans break rules and have done far worse in recent times.

This is probably bad form quoting myself but I've just Heard the reason for our mention Man of the match ex Rovers player James Dale was the connection. Scored the winning penalty. Left us to go the Stirling Uni 5 years ago then made a football career there. Would you have him back? I'll get me coat...

Can see the teds kicking the fuc# out of them home and away Really? I can see the Teds acting all hard behind the safety of a Police cordon in the street after the match-ala Newcastle. For the return they will take their usual few hundred who will scurry into the ground just before kick off, then scurry away at the final whistle.

Is this the annual "Is it ever alright to have a pitch invasion" thread?

Is this the annual "Is it ever alright to have a pitch invasion" thread? It would appear so. A bit like the annual thread on One Turd where they all magically start supporting the Squeaking Midget when they've managed to scrape another season in the Championship. 'Cause weez a gert massive club innit wiv millions of fans not like they Gas.
