Despite that they have;
- a better owner - Darrell shags dogs - sign our best player - a new shiney stadium. - billions and billions of £s - trillions and trillions of more fans. - south bristol is flatter - they got the most expensive wardrobe (flint) in the division. - Irene's a sex worker.
The teams last season were not that far apart. They welcome to all of it. Let's keep our head down. All the best to them.
I'm quite happy with how things have gone the last few years.
When they've done something let me know.
Zzzzzzzzzz

I don't post very often but I do enjoy reading gaschat, but I will be so glad when August arrives and we can be back saying how great it is to be a gashead, the lack of games and news leads to speculation after speculation. The sooner the new season starts the better and we can turn our attention to the football, just remember we have a strong and stable leader and we are for the many not the few. UTG Blessings. And we`ve never had it so good. Sorry,I don't agree, but I do agree with Nick.

Even if they did want to sell are we really any worse of then before they took over? They bailed Nick Higgs out, when we were up sh** creek, so at best we end up back at sh** creek. I would t hold anything against them I guess if they did sell it's who they now sold us to and what profit, if anything, they made out of the sale. Although it still seems odd that the main shareholders of a major Arab bank getting involved in an EFL club just to make a few million pounds at best but perhaps that wasn't always the plan.

I'd take a very large pinch of salt with anything that's mentioned on OTIB.
The poor little mites are bored and it's grabbed the attention of some of ours...
I was told that as a prerequisite the only criteria Sh1!heads required to pass the selection process on there was to be a complete w**ker.

You gotta smile at the 82ers spent millions and struggle every year so they spend their time having a pop at the GAS who are and will always be the longest established cub in Bristol perhaps if they concentrated more on their fledgling club and not ours they may actually achieve something inbred twats!

I haven't met Wael yet but hope to next season but I would say he comes across as a complete Gentleman, conducts himself brilliantly at all levels and is a fantastic figure head for our club. The whole family ooze total class for me.
They are working on all our behalfs to get us a great deal for a new ground wherever it may be .... Let's stay strong and it will come!
NO WAY will Wael walk away .... absolutely not a hope .... he is here for the long haul so let's not let him be undermined by the sheer ignorance of the jealous South Bristol tools who would die for a leader as bold, measured and classy !!

As I have said before, wael is among the big wigs in FIFA and potentially could have been assistant or vice president of FIFA had prince Ali thingy bob won the recent vote. He is a big part of the Jordanian youth fa. He will want to make Rovers a success to add another string to his bow in regards to his FIFA ambitions.

This sounds like another silly season rumour with nothing to back it up. That said if UWE goes ahead and other middle-eastern investors are putting up money then I could see other investors coming onto the Board along with Wael and his family.

TBH if that was is reasoning behind purchasing Rovers surely he could have taken on an easier task! Although even if he sold us now it would look good on his CV after turning around a basket case of a club around.
