Someone from the club needs to come out and put this rumour to bed. Is Abdullatif headboard? or is it someone else?

I’d like to get back to the alleged behaviour of the Scouse Mafia at the awards.are we to assume that the attitude of them all implies that they all want out? Is our Player of the Year about to ask for a transfer ? What about Rossiter ? Taylor speaks well of Jordy and the implication is that he is being asked to stay. The cost to the club during his rehabilitation has been considerable . Is he just going to turn his back on us and walk? I doubt Rossiter will get a better deal anywhere else with his injury record if we did offer him a new one. Although he may be willing to take a wage drop to go back to the north west? I'd be incredibly worried if we hand Rossiter a contract of any note. 153 minutes for the club since 2022, an average of 15.25 games a season since leaving Liverpool and 18.5 a season since leaving Rangers... That's in all competitions.

League 2 could be interesting next season. If Notts County get their act together, I can see them and Chesterfield running away with the top 2 spots. (Hope so too. 2 great clubs with fine supporters and tradition). Chesterfield have plenty of goals in them but Notts County are well known for their lack of strikers.

“Dust bag” I think I’ve figured it out. You must be a small child or a complete . There’s no way anyone else finds that kind of joke funny. Prick You have also been banned for a couple of days. We can moderate the easy way or the hard way, makes no difference to us. Boooooo.

There seems to be a current trend for nostalgic chats with former players. This one, Holtby's keeper night, similar at Glos CC. If they make money why don't the club do it, or at least let the support organisations use the Mem. The Tote End boys, the SC and former players association, plus Blue Diamonds have to go elsewhere. For a club who loses millions of pounds a year, you would think they would look to re-coup some extra bar money?

If the prem clubs in Europe are upset playing too many games in the domestic cups then all the efl clubs should agree on not taking any of their players on loan. Let them stockpile, pay them stupid wages to sit around or send them off to some minor league abroad. For clarity Bristol Rovers have had 12 loans from Premier League clubs in the last 3 seasons (Lamare Bogarde twice).

I mean it's hardly surprising, works in all fields of work. People tend to enjoy working with people they've worked with previously. Pretty much every manager post-Conference relegation has done it or tried to do it... Which is fine because most of them have still brought in other decent players that they had never worked with before. With the exception of Tisdale of course, who spent the one window he had only trying (and failing) to bring in players who he had worked with before! That and the fella who signed some crocks who shared his agent.

Bit weird giving out a Golden Boot award with a game to go, are the club ruling out Best Newcomer Jevani Brown from scoring 15 in the last game?!

Sounds familiar.
Rovers were at this point in 2011 announcing plans at UWE. Not much difference in the artists impression, but shows how inflation works.
Rovers: 20,000 for £40m Oxford: 16,000 for £100m
Thankfully the last fella didn't waste 7 years mucking about!

It's been an interesting piece of news this. Most clubs who have written statements have made a point about the financial aspect rather than sporting ones. Unfortunately that is the nature of the game now. Of course FA Cup replays shouldn't be pied off but the reasoning by many EFL clubs is both lazy and selfish.

Wael has just posted. Goodbye, good luck & thank you Why is it so hard for the club to communicate through official channels? Why is it always messages or tweets from Wael, or dm's with Tom Gorringe. Does my head in. Side note thank you Sam for all of your efforts in the quarters. One thing that could never be questioned is his commitment. If the President can get some attention, he will.

Tom Lockyer announced he was leaving prior to our last game of the season in 2018/19, I see this as similar. Again that wasn’t the club with Tom, but GT. With Sam, this is (presumably) his decision to go public for his own reasons, at which point it Wael did the right thing and acknowledged (and if he didn’t reply he’d be criticised too!) I guess if he’s injured it might simply be him marking his last time with the group all together at a match. Simple as that Yep! I think people are just getting their knickers in a twist over something minor. In due course I'm sure the right thing will be done.
