Very interesting about award ceremonies. He's engineered a few of these such awards in the past and it was difficult to see why. This season with the fiasco of the South Stand it must be amongst the worse as fans we have suffered since the Bath days. He's obviously trying to cling on to his job and bag a second chance. Worse than relegation to the Conference?

Memories of Norburn driving one into the top corner from 30 yards in injury time to salvage a point if my memory serves me right. The away end nearly took off! And then in the relegation season under Ward a dire performance, possibly got beat 1-0, my memory fails me as to the result. That game and the 3-2 around 2005 when I think Disley and Anderson scored really late to win it were great moments.

Will Hoskins? And he was in a poor side that got relegated, I think. UTG! Was a dafty and forgot Hoskins; 17 Goals in 43 Games - 0.40 GPG Completely forgot about Hoskins. Seems his career took a nosedive at a fairly young age.

Owners really have to question whether Taylor is the right man before changing 10+ players this summer. Think you need to give any manager a chance with their own players.

Got 1-0 Carlisle all over this. Bottom by miles and lost like 7 on the bounce.

Here in lies the rub which I've been saying all along. That cost £70m to build. We could very much do something like that on the footprint but how would we pay for it initially and how would it pay us back? It's not really a "we" problem. The owners who bought the clubs surely must have some money? Imo, the tarting up of the Mem will not do an awful lot for the club, the facilities are terrible so people will not even sit in the new shiny south stand unless it's just a 10er a head, the terraces you get wet, even sat in the East stand you get wet. Not to mention the toilets being flooded, cramped etc.. If there is any ambition, the club will have to roll the dice to build proper ground, to attract regular fans, more families, casual supporters. I genuinely believe even some players would look at us differently if we had a decent ground. Ambition for me is Rovers to be a stable, respected club at least having a go in the Championship, not battling to stay up and getting a little bit excited when we are still 4 points off the league 1 playoffs. One day the Teds will make it to the Prem and we will be stuck in the Mem not much different as it is, but with a few more seats. We will lose generation of new supporters, I look around at our home games most of our supporters have collected thier bus pass. It's all well and good selling cheap tickets but a lot of fans like myself that can't make every game have mates in other areas of the ground and don't want to move. Bet next year it will be used much more. I know of two already that have swapped their North Terrace season ticket of 20+years for the South Stand next season.

Both Stenevage goals have Steve Evans written all over them. Just pump it into the box and bundle it in. I know the man gets results but it certainly isn't pretty.

Sinclair would score for fun in a forward advanced position. Just check out his goals for Celtic. Or we struggle for goals for the rest of the season. Can't keep swapping forwards they need a run in the team. Oh for JCH what a total balls up by the owners we even had the money this window. He left there four years ago and has hardly set the world alight since.

Abysmal. Fleetwood played the conditions. Scored a goal from simply keeping the ball alive and a second where they just put a corner into the box rather than messing around with it. It was no coincidence our best spell of pressure was right at the end when we just started putting the ball into the box and causing problems.

Always seems to expose Vale when we do that as he's no left back. Isn’t Gordon left back now? Looks like Vale is playing right wing Didn't realise he'd come on
