I’m told it was a complaint about a certain moderator which seems at odds with that response. As for gas tower I rarely remember him posting

Is it now forum policy to bar talk of poor performance by Wael and or Widdrington? I ask because it seems the knives are out for anyone doing so. I thought agreement for no more personal insults had been agreed, yet Henbury Gas had recently had two posts removed for nothing insulting whatsoever, Gastower who very rarely posts has been banned, and I now here Swissgas, one of the most sane and sensible posters oh here with his considered and lively points.
So can someone clarify what the rules of engagement are as this is beginning to look like a coup

Hey (long time reader, finally signed up). Stockley seems more of a possibility than I would have expected. We are in talks and location is apparently our advantage. (Friend of family quote, can't say more obviously). Still seems out of our budget, but who knows these days! A new ITK'er ~ son of Gasinsider ? 😎 Well, if you are real, welcome Hello Percy. Don't tell em nowt. See you soon son.

Gotta say that with Widdrington still here, I'd put money on us signing a coventry player. What price an out of favour player like Bakayoko?

I see according to their posts on twitter, we are showing interest in Ched Evans, and Matt Jay of Exeter.
We could do with more more fire power up front, so one or both these might well be the answer. Mind you, Evans would be bound to attract controversy, but the answer to that is to score goals.

I see someone now quoting 3500 season tickets have been sold. Not seen confirmation of that. What is the figure?
When tickets are allocated I would guess quite a few who get picked will not want to attend until they feel safe. Do the club intend to initiate a reply option asking if people will accept the invite? Otherwise we might end up with 500-600 there which would be a shame.

We have Pompey at home 29th December. Not sure if the club have done anything yet about marking out no go areas in the seating and the terraces, but believe we have to do a test game with only a thousand in attendance first, so not much joy there.

The world over, it's a known fact that a twat can easily attract dicks, and here's a case in point. The other day, someone posted on here about the moderators being potentially the worst of posters when it comes to insults. It was removed, I believe by Anthony Fargas, (this is what another member told me though I didn't see it myself) . His reasoning apparently was that those sort of posts were not for this forum. Who decides what is and what isnt acceptable? Oh, the moderators. This is how dictatorships proceed. A general rule of life and of this forum is do or say to others as you would want them to do to you. You come on here and troll people (particularly me), insult people or their intelligence and you use your superiority complex to belittle others around you. It was exactly the same at the AGM last year. Your ego, attitude and mouth went before all human decency and manners. You lack humility and have an absolute inability to consider anyone else as superior to you for even a second, especially if you’re wrong. Rather than accept it, you go on the attack. Then you wonder why we might let the odd insult slide towards you in the vain hope you may not hear, but listen to it and change to post something more constructive. But you fail every time. It’s very hard to ban or moderate the people whom you provoke when they have had to listen to your continuous rhetoric for months or even years. It really is time you either changed or left the forum because if you continue, not even me with the most patient stretch could not resist pushing the ban button. Oh dear. The ban threat.

I also took time to read through all your posts since August, not one has actually involved what has gone on on the pitch, one comment on Ali Kolki, with a subtle reference to his fitness. All others were you usual comments on finance and I know something you don’t none sense. We won three nil yesterday in an entertaining game, why not comment about what is going on on the pitch, rather than the game of petty point scoring? Simple. I didn't see the game so didn't comment.

Covid and furlough/working from home have had a massive impact on working times and processing documentation? A lot of companies including solicitors, registrars and Government departments have placed people on furlough/working from home and paperwork including legal cases/issues are taking a lot of time to process. I recently tried to process a Power of Attorney through a Government department and it took twice the length of time, in fact several months longer, to get sorted. I am currently waiting for an IHT certificate which is long overdue. So how about this scenario - The announcement in June/July was incorrectly made forgetting that AGM approval was required. Over excited football club owner seeking friends and trying to show he cares makes mistake, has been known. Approval was eventually agreed and Taylor Wessing asked to process documents. Their staff are limited because of furlough/working from home and the fact that the legal system is grinding to a halt means it is not classed as high priority. It eventually gets sent within the time period and is then held up in a Government department which has a drag of twice the length of time to register said document as it states on its website. Alt - Board of BRFC, Taylor Wessing and Companies House all **** themselves because of an angry post on an obscure football website. However, and I may be wrong here, it doesn't appear as if the Board deliberately lied, not like say telling the fan base the club was off to Cheltenham so people could pick their seat for when the club built a new stadium..... With regard to personal and/or abusive attacks I agree with you and would encourage you to report any personal or abusive posts. After all whilst the Admins can post their own personal opinions they should have the moral obligation to stick to their own rules. Strangely, when the latest explanation came to light, I clearly stated that Wael had been let down by our CEO, as he should know the requirements at Companies House. I've never expected Wael to know that sort of thing, that's why he employs someone who should know.

The case of the missing shares doesn't mean it takes from September to December to lodge a form that takes 5 minutes to complete and register it . An email would do a grand tour of the universe in that time. The cock up was between the CEO and Taylor Wessing who are the CEO and the company secretary, and who get paid for doing the job.
This is a serious issue with companies house and should never happen to the extent this did. 24 hours, but not over two months, it should be spotted by simply checking over the next couple of days. In this case, Wael has been badly let down.
Just for the record, 1981 stated in June that Wael had in fact cleared the debt.. It's not like him to get it wrong.
By the way, whatever happened to attack the post, not the poster? The moderators (a misnomer if ever I heard one) are doing more of it than anyone else. Its not fair. Not fair I tell you.

Peter, thanks for that. Trouble is it goes fuzzy when I expand it. Can you repost it . If not, these share issues tend to be followed by a statement within a few days anyway.
My apologies to you for being called an idiot by LJG the other day, he's just an uneducated arseh*le trying to pretend he knows everything. I make no pretence at knowing all about matters relating to companies house, but I do look into things when it involves the club I love.
The pity of course is that some of the moderators are as bad if not worse than the general posters. But that's what happens when matters stretch beyond their capacity to understand. I look forward to 1981's response. Hopefully for a change it will be sensible and not full of vitriol.
Again my apologies for you being caught up in his inane responses that are generally aimed at me because My posts are beyond his comprehension.

Correct Swissgas. A 10p share was 40p a pop back in the Dunford era for directors and £5 a pop for the share scheme I believe. It appears that things get finalised if they are discussed on here so what is next on the list? #UTG Sorry I haven't responded before 1981, I was busy doing my nails. Holmes has this bang to rights, and just shows the value of a forum which, though it upsets 1981, still allows free speech. If this issue had not been aired so comprehensively, this may still not have happened. The supporters club shares come to mind. As I say, Wael knows exactly what goes on the forum, in fact he said as much at an AGM a few years ago. That is why most of my posts are so that he sees them. I don't think he would be too happy if I was telling porkies, which I certainly don't knowingly do whether the rose tinters believe it or not. Anyway, back to the case in hand. Subject to Wael having briefed his spokesman on here, all yesterday's pronouncement has done is confirm that a large tranche of shares have now been created. Nothing more, nothing less. We will have to wait for the statement that tends to follow these pronouncements in a few days. As most on here believe, and I include myself, it looks like this is the exercise that Wael said had been done in July. That was never possible, because he needed the authority of the shareholders to issue new shares, which only took place in late September at the AGM. I don't know if he knows the full rules and regs regarding such issues, this is why people like Starnes are employed. However, to take this through to a conclusion, we cannot know whether or not these shares have been allocated, and if so to whom. If as we all think, they are to Dwayne Sports in lieu of the debt, then that issue is resolved, but they could have been issued to a third party if they have invested capital. Again we won't know that just yet. This then brings to mind the issue of the charge on the Mem. It suggests to me that there is still a large debt hanging over the club, which has accumulated since the period of the last accounts. If not, then why not remove the charge? As for people who were slagging off Swissgas whilst knowing sweet FA about these issues, he was correct to say that Dwayne Sports is held under two nominee names.EQUIOM1, and EQUIOM2. I assume these are holding names for Wael, and Samir. But they could be anyone, though the EFL will know, or should do, as they require to know the final beneficial owner, and there are horrible penalties for any transgressions. The interesting thing about these two nominee accounts is that there is a company with the name Equiom, and it is registered in the Isle of Man. Is it a coincidence that the equIOM name ends in IOM? The company have offices ' throughout Europe, Asia, THE MIDDLE EAST, Australasia and the Americas'. They provide 'bespoke end-to-end wealth protection and support services to private clients, corporate clients and funds'. It is highly likely that Waels family through their banking business, may have had dealings with this company, and though I know little about them, if this scenario is true, then it can only act as a reassurance that Wael may be sensibly utilising someone with top level financial acumen to ensure he doesn't overstretch himself. I now look forward to seeing the follow up report regarding the creation of new shares. Unless of course 1981 can confirm that Wael has confided in him. Mind you he may not be speaking to him now, because 1981 dislikes Tisdale being our manager.

And yet no one has proved anything I've said to be wrong. Not surprising as it comes from the club itself. And I've never said anyone has denied me a platform. So we sold JCH in January? And we didnt pay for the fence? And we got taken over by a consortium. Cheers for clearing that up. Yes we sold JCH, yes the fence wasn't paid without it going to the wire, and initially a consortium wanted to take over the club, but laterly it was a company that wished to do so. Exactly as I posted on here. Next?

GI, I fully understand the nuances of UK finances and regulations as work in that environment as my day job. I’m not an accountant though and so whilst I have a very strong understanding of how it all works, I don’t profess or pretend to be an expert and so I have only explained what I understand (but have also said that I could be wrong). My biggest issue with your comments though are you saying that Wael should come out and say whether he’s cleared the debt or not. He’s already done that and it is you and Swiss who are questioning it. Why don’t you ask him or Martyn or Tommy or Tom directly and give them something to respond to rather than posting on here before they’ve even been asked? You say Wael is surrounded by yes men but as I posted earlier I disagree. However, it’s fine for us to have different views. Who would you suggest be brought to the board? May in a Non Executive Director type role or as a Consultant? Also, Swiss answered my question as to why he was ‘concerned’ about Wael , could you do the same? It would maybe help us understand where you’re coming from and why. Finally, I think the recruitment this summer was really strong. Some players haven’t yet performed to their full potential and we need to remember they are all very young so inconsistency will always be there, but I do think they will come good - as today’s performance showed they have capability of achieving. I was also supportive of BG and felt he may have been sacked too quickly but I understand why he was and I’m pleased with Tisdales appointment and hopeful that he will lead onto good things. There are a few posters on here who have jumped about a bit on this but many are like me and have been pretty consistent in our thinking.... As for Facebook and social media - that is a poor example to use as everyone who uses it knows, it is highly fickle, often infiltrated by non gas fans, an extremely small representation of the fan base (like on here), usually commented on by people with strong polarising views and highly dependent on match results or people’s political, social economical, demographic and educational views and backgrounds. GasInsider care to respond to my question/points? I’ve asked this a couple of times - why the distrust or issue with Wael? And who would you want brought onto the board? Swiss gave his response which has helped me at least understand his views even if I don’t agree with them (see my post earlier on page 2), maybe it would help us understand where you are coming from (and give you a bit of an easier ride) if you did the same? You are deluded if you think anything I write here would be even considered by those of the opposite persuasion. You state your view I will state mine. My worries about the clubs future began when our unsustainable losses went through the roof, and despite some of us on here trying to highlight it, the happy clappers on here took it to be anti Wael. All I do is point out issues that should not be allowed to fester, like unpaid bills etc. The fence being the most obvious one, but there are a fair few others, as the board know only to well.

So he also speaks for the moderators. You've cried wolf so many times yet you wont even acknowledge or understand why many posters find you frustrating at best or an outright liar at worst. However, no one has ever denied you a platform to speak. And yet no one has proved anything I've said to be wrong. Not surprising as it comes from the club itself. And I've never said anyone has denied me a platform.

As I was mentioned, I think it only fair to reply. Someone has posted that Wael heads a bank. No he doesn't. LJG talks b*ll*cks all the time so can't be bothered with his inane ramblings. With regard to whether or not Wael has cleared the debt, its simple. Let him come out and say so, and when he did it. As for the charge on the Mem? In fact, when Wael made his announcement about the debt being cleared, the rapturous welcome that he got on here was something to behold. I stated that there was no benefit to us clearing the debt as it made no difference to our position, unless Wael was looking to offload the club ( not the stadium, just the club). I was pilloried for that, and now low and behold, the couple of hundred accountants on here are now using that fact in defence of their previous raptures. It's a bit like all you guys out there ( you know who you are) who were saying how great all the signings were, and then when Garner was rightly sacked, and he should have been at the curtailed end of last season, they now heavily criticise them. Wael s spokesman on here (1981 for those who don't know) seems to be showing up a split in the boardroom. If you look on his twitter feed, he confirms we are the richest club in league1 and that Tisdale should never have been appointed. I can only assume that as he represents Waels views on everything, Wael must have confirmed his wealth to him, and that Wael did not want Tisdale appointed. So if Starnes appointed Tisdale, the writings on the wall for him now. We've even had the suggestion from a moderator that criticism of the board in general, and Wael in particular should not be allowed. Isn't that how dictatorships begin? If everyone in the boardroom are yes men to Wael, that is a mighty dangerous position for our club. Someone has to be able to query daft decisions without fear of being removed. Hence why 1981 should never become a fans director. He would just agree everything without querying obvious errors in the decision making. As for Swissgas, well, it's obvious that he is being criticised by some on here simply because they don't understand the nuances of finance and legal requirements in the UK. The moderators on here are out of touch. They think that because 20/30 regular posters on here back everything Wael says or does, they have the backing of the fans for their point of view. I suggest they look at Twitter, Facebook, and other forms of social media. Wael is not the villain that people on here try to pretend that people like me and Swissgas etc are supposedly saying, he has quickly fallen into the same trap that Nick Higgs did, namely ' it's my money and I will do it my way'. Nick failed, and now Wael is surrounding himself with yes men. What he needs to do is appoint people that are prepared to challenge him on his ongoing philosophy for pushing this club up to the championship. If everybody around him just agrees with everything he does he will think he is infallible. And that he AINT. I’ll tell you who’s out of touch here Gasincider, it’s you if you think anyone gives two hoots about your deluded ramblings. No moderator on here has said it’s not allowed to criticise the board, do it if you want but expect to take flak for it if you don’t put forward a convincing enough argument. Every single one of your arguments against Wael displays an agenda. So you say he’s surrounded himself with yes men, have any proof of that? No benefit to Wael clearing the debt, care to expand on that? You won’t though will you, you’ll continue to spout more spurious claims that you can’t back up. Where did I say anything about 'no benefit to Wael clearing the debt'. I said no benefit to our club.

Try commenting on what is going on, on the pitch. Can't you think of something original? That was said about a year ago when I mentioned the training ground development was about to start and 1981 said if it was true they would have announced it themselves. They did so, the following week. More inane ramblings.
