Assuming you've seen the photos do you really think the South Stand looks a temporary one? Can you really see the club spending ยฃm's on a new stand only to dismantle it after a few season's of use?ย It's not 'temporary' in the sense of the old tents, but it's not 'permanent' in the sense of a lot of concrete and electrical and plumbing and decoration being required... ...and yes it could be easily dismantled and parts of it reused or recycled elsewhere... I'm sure it will end up at the training ground when we finally get a new stadium at some point in the future hopefully UTG

Right from the outset, the club have said that it is not a permanent structure.ย The official line is that it was just to give us a few more better quality seats and increase revenue before moving to the fruit market (which I am still very doubtful will actually happen). I mean Trigger's South Stand was temporary and was there for 20 years or whatever

Six out of the last ten winners all went on and played in the championship. Never all stayed there mind. But if we boycott the u21 teams and back the other games then we could be on for a good run in it. It should be in our plans to win it as we also climb into the championship ๐ UTG

Problem is the amount of smoke bombs chucked on it. It'll look like it has big cigarette burns all around the edges

9832 total that looks like our capacity atm. With lots of space on the terraces still available. Amazing we can't get to at least 10k with all the gaps available

After being one of many on the pitch after promotion, I was amazed at how much space there is from the goal line to the beginning of the clubhouse terrace, surely we can move playing area nearer to the terrace and replace the south stand with a much bigger tent, or put a walkway in front of the clubhouse terrace enabling us to get more in there. Or both

After traveling to lot's of away games in a car and remembering how stiff my legs and back get I don't think it's a great idea.
