Whoever signs Liverpool's released central midfielder Adam Phillips will get a very promising player. The two footed, 19-year-old, former England U16/U17 player, could be worth millions in a couple of years if he manages to stay fit. I wonder if he would drop to League One?

Looks a very good player, not a bad spot him, thing is with those lightweight cms from the elite league really can't do the nitty gritty, just look at Colkett last season, I thought after watching his highlights we'd signed a world beater but he turned out to be very different! |

I'm just hoping we've already signed a few players and come the 1 July we'll then start announcing the signings on consecutive days via Twitter etc. Otherwise SH/DC have got an hell of a busy few weeks ahead of them, if they do have to sign up to 10 or 11 players in a month or so.

Burns Brown Bodin.sinclair.clarke.lines.Moore. sercombe broome.gaffney have I missed any out that's 14 going to be a busy couple of weeks for the club Why did Lockyer Burn Brown ? was he clumsy at the BBQ ? Surely you know by now that young Tom is not the best passer at the club. |

Feels like there is some serious,money splashing around in L1 this season .... Can already here the excuses of "We didn't buy because we are not paying silly money" ... im starting to think we are either paying for players hence a wait until July 1st or more worryingly burning through the wanted list because we don't have the financial clout we might assume we had. Feels like its going to be a real sweet or sour end to this summer where players in and out are concerned. |

You can agree terms and announce the deal, but the transfer isn't officially registered until the window opens on July 1st. |

I wonder how many trialists we will bring in this summer? Let's not forget Billy Bodin was brought in initially as a trialist and only signed a short term deal after that.
We trialled a few during the season, including a striker from the Combined Counties League.
I wouldn't mind us taking a closer look at Chris Dawson, Brady Hickey (Barwell), Cameron King (Thetford Town), Priestley Griffiths (Bishop Auckland), Craig Hutchinson (Billingham Town) and Kyle Patton (Whitley Bay) this summer.
