RB/RWB Arkell Jude-Boyd caught my eye during his loan at Torquay and has just been released by QPR Plymouth and Rotherham rumoured to be interested. Not surprised. Looked quality at Torquay.

Hazrollaj's compatriot Muhamet Hyseni looks a good player too.

Plymouth and Rotherham rumoured to be interested. Not surprised. Looked quality at Torquay. Any idea on why he's featured so little over the years?? 21 and his loan spell at national League South level, was his first competitive games as far as I can see. Released by QPR. I wondered if he has had injury problems, or if there was another reason behind him not playing at all.

Not sure mate, but it is often difficult for players to beak through at Championship level and even more difficult if the side is struggling. Was surprised to see it was his first loan though. Perhaps unlucky with the timing of managerial changes too, as Mick Beale seemingly rated him. He's still very raw in areas and a lot of improving to do, but certainly has the potential to develop into a good player.

If his contract isn't renewed, the LB/LWB Rafa Obrador would be an excellent signing.

Not sure if it's already been mentioned, but I see goalkeeper Callum Burton has been released by Plymouth. Pretty sure he played a lot of games in their promotion year from our league. At 27 just about the right age.

Could be a decent signing

Go and get Lewis Stevenson & Paul Hanlon. What do you reckon the chances of signing players from the Georgian top flight? I don't think wages would particularly be an issue, its just whether they would be willing or not. I like this lad Aleksandre Kalandadze who is equally comfortable at LB/CB. Caught my eye at Euros and surprised he was still playing over there.

I thought David Kamara had secured a move to a higher level already, but now I'm seeing his name on the scoresheet at Welling Utd. A youngster who is prolific at youth level worth scouting.

Certainly worth enquiries though...the worst that can happen is they say no and we move on to the next target.

"We've done a lot of work, data-led, on every league across the world," George told BBC Radio Lincolnshire.
"We've definitely got targets - there's some random ones in terms of countries and nationalities but it's an area where we've got to find an edge."
"We've got to spot them before everybody else or spot them in a pond in which not so many other people are fishing.
"Global recruitment gives us the opportunity to maybe find an edge against our competitors. We're just trying to close that gap on those with more budget above us."

The Estonian midfielder Markus Soomets' data stood out to me
