Just a reminder for all season tickets holders going to home games this season. Until further notice, all season ticket holder MUST bring their WHOLE SEASON Ticket to home games, and your voucher for the game is to be removed by the turnstile operator. Anyone turning up at turnstile with just that games voucher, will be refused admission or challenged to prove identity. This is to stop the scam of people giving tickets to others and pretending that they have lost their ticket or had not been delivered.
I bet quite a lot of season ticket holders would had forgotten this from a few weeks ago when the club were alerted about this scam.

Not quite that simple - I believe if you forget your ticket you have to go to the ticket office. You then have to pay the full admission price for a new ticket. They let you in, you then have to present your season ticket at the club and they refund what you paid extra less £5 administration charge I believe.
I guess the requirement to present the whole book will mean they have a list of lost tickets. If you present a book known to have been reported "lost" and they spot it I guess they will retain the whole book.

When you've got a phone, wallet, keys and 2 books to put in your pocket, yes it is a bit of a nuisance tbh and there's the risk of losing it or falling out your pocket.

When I forgot my S/T I informed the ticket office when I bought a replacement for that match. I later got a refund minus £5 by handing over the voucher for that game. Don't see how anyone can scam it using that system.

Thanks for clarifying the position, it's now a right pain if you're a s/t holder and you want to give a ticket to a friend/family member if you can't make a match, as you now have to give them the whole book and risk them not losing it or just let the ticket go unused thanks to the clown who tried to rip off their own club.

I have always carried the whole book ,im sure it stated in them that was the requirement but it was not enforced.
Get a phone watch ,your bank cards chipped into your hand and have keyless locks...come on put some effort in ;0)

They will charge you full price on the day but then give you the opportunity to get a refund if you take that stub to them when the next home game is.
