Didn't some people get shouted down when they said the new Mem gates were a sign we were not moving and were going to just do a sh**ty tart up job instead?

Bath rugby ground. 12,000 capacity. plenty of pubs. and a back to the good old days of a rubbish pitch Agreed, play on the REC although the grass maybe a bit too long for DC

Forest Green. Not far away, east to get too. We'd fill it every week.

I don't think a big capacity is needed ,there will not be 9000 gasheads travelling every game. A large ground with 2-3000 rovers fans will seem very empty and very RED. A smaller stadium would be better to keep the atmosphere going at least. FGR is a pain to get to ,however if they have moved to their new stadium next to the motorway then perfect. 5000 with good facilities. Other than that or a Bath city new stadium deal. not much on offer. Could Clevedon town be upgraded ? I'm stunned by the large amount who grave from as far as Cornwall to the Home Counties and more. I feel rushed when I leave poxy Kingswood LOL. My hat is firmly doffed to those who make those long journeys and they have the utmost respect. The stade de Aston woukd be the ideal place but it would never happen , not after snakegate

Reduced capacity at the Mem v Reduced attendance at any other ground = possible more benefits to staying at the Mem as no rental charges. Think if planning was right in how they demolished the old stands and away segregation could be sorted they could rebuild around the Mem as the sh** did and Spurs did initially

Bloody EP website is useless I have given up trying to read it.
The headline suggests that the pitch will be kept in its current position, is this the case? I hope not otherwise bang goes any decent redevelopment as surely we need to turn the pitch sideways to utilise the car park space.

Bath or Forest Green.
Newport have a new playing surface; but they share with rugby.

How about something even more worrying...........What if they wanted DC to sign the five-year contract before revealing the collapse of the UWE? If so, what do you think the implications of that will be?
