Yes for the second time this season a player obstructing the keepers view is deemed not interfering with play...maybe a tactic Rovers need to employ...have a goal hanger who just blocks the keepers vision but makes no effort to touch the ball |

Would have been years ago, don't pretend to understand this rule about not interfering from play if you are stood a couple of yards in front of the keeper. |
