What's your point here? What's a "normal" white person? Would you rather footballers were all white, fans were all white, the only foreigners you'd see are the chink down the chippy or the paki in the corner shop? Some people on here are beyond saving. Wyes and you are top of the list just look around you and see how our once beautiful country is being ruined i take it you have never lived in a inner city or been forced out of your home by non respectful immigrants who ruined our lives and home by the way I am not racist but I do believe that this great country of ours should stick to good old fashioned principals and not have to change to the wimped of everyone who comes to live here from overseas. When in Rome do as the Romans do I have studied history and I'm not sure that the country has always been beautiful as you think, the Midlands was known as the black country because it was scarred with industry, in the 18th century there were massive class riots and before that it was a pretty tough place to live. The country is still 80% white, and you could always move to Devon like I did if you don't like the city ☺ don't start me on the Romans, they were kings of foreign integration and the principal of a true multi cultural society 😆 |

The way I see things, is that I am actualy too old for all this PC nonsense to affect me. You cannot teach an old dog new tricks, so my defense is that I am the way I am, because that's the way I grew up. That is a terrible and selfish outlook to have. You can change. You are just either to stubborn or too lazy to be decent. That's what it comes down to. Someone on here the other day of Irish decent took offence at a commonly used term for Irishmen. I thought it was ok to use it, but I have since banned the word. What our own opinion is doesn't matter as white collar Englishman. Think about the person who the term is directed at. Why should nobs change, why is it terribly selfish to dismiss a lot of this pc bollocks as what it is just some middle clash white liberal being offended or trying to make a name for themselves. People with your views are selfish in that you are so quick to drop those freedoms people have fought for just to become a pawn in a game that only works by pitting everyone against everyone else( oh sh** stuff like this happened in germany in the 30's |

It might be nice to live on a fluffy cloud, it'd be nicer if everyone agreed with me (albeit rather boring), but if people could not be offended by being told singing a song with racial undertones was wrong, that'd be nicest of all. As you said in another reply (I think to TommyM), the culture of people saying "I'm not racist, but...", and vehemently denying that Rovers has a racism problem is the thing that needs looking at. FFS, one of my best friend's answer's to the name P A D D Y. He's Irish, and it's not his real name. An irish gashead found it offensive.
