With all this negativity, it really makes me wonder what the hell is going on. Did Nick Higgs make a massive mistake selling the club to the Al-Qaudi's who then brought in Steve Hamer? We seem to be struggling on the pitch, now we seem to be struggling off the pitch. If this continues, I can see the club going back down and down to the National League. And finally, I can see our beloved club going out of business. It breaks my heart to say this, but I think we have been stiched up! No UWE, No Colony! What next? No regeneration of the Mem? Was having a bad day, read this, smiling again! Keep up the good work meader!

Yes I'm ok thanks Hugo. Just worried about MY Club who I've kept faith with for almost 50 years! I really thought that the UWE Project was the saving grace for our club! now we are back to square 1 and there just seems more negativity then ever. Maybe it's because I was never sold on the benefits of the UWE deal that I'm actually pleased it fell through. Under NH the UWE was a must for our survival. It isn't under the AQs. Everything else is completely unconfirmed. Absolutely right Hugo everything is uncomfirmed under the new owners hence leaving a vacuum for rumours to fill. On the brightside having played at every rugby club in Bristol I'm struggling to think of one that is big enough for a training ground and would come as a cheaper alternative to the colony or wouldn't have significant ownership issues.

Rumour has it its Clifton....... See my point regarding cheaper option. They will only move if provided with a ready built alternative offering the best rugby facilities in Bristol. Doubt they be willing to swap their site for a site turned down by Dings. Also begs the question why the owners didn't seek to acquire the sunlife ground next door when it was available?

Why do the rugby club need to move out? I assume like most amateur rugby clubs the ground is not used during the week day and we wouldn't need to use it during the evenings/weekends, it could be the perfect, cheap, option. Although I'm not aware of many football clubs sharing rugby grounds for a training facility.

It's not nice being a ROVERS fan these days, I'm feeling really down about our club. I have lost any faith I had. I think this is as good as it's going to get an average league 1 team. Hope I am wrong but don't think I am

Rovers have more or less only ever been an average 3rd tier club for me so I'm not really sure what you were expecting.

Try moving back to the Mem where the Blackthorne End was rubble. Lost faith? We've had 2 promotions on the bounce and we're holding our own in Lg1.
Christ alive.

You see so many smaller clubs like Burton who are better than us. Sorry that's a losing mentality in my opinion.
