I know that this might get me stick, questioning / knocking players during a game, but something has to be done.
I'm not at the game, so others are better placed to explain the shambles, but for me I think Smith has been a real concern, he doesn't command or give any confidence to the centre backs. Fair enough he's apparently made two very good saves, but he's also dropped the ball which should of cost a goal.
I'd of started with Slocombe - what do you think about a half time sub?
I'd also of started with Rollin in place of Lockyer - can't make that sub, Sweeney and Partington have both struggled. I'd sub Sinclair as we can't afford to go down to ten - hope to see Bodin if he's up to it. Gaffney for Nichols. One of these latter subs to wait until 60/70mins.
2-0! Should be 7. Wouldn't want to be in that dressing room!!!!!!

DC is in real trouble. Only Ellis seemed to give a f**k out there. Ollie Clarke is a shadow of what he once was. We're lucky it's only 2.

The lack of signing two wingers and any sort of leader has been fully exposed by Wimbledon.
We're in a relegation scrap regardless of our current league position.

We're only going one way on this performance. Absolutely useless, Ellis trying, the rest might as well have stayed at home. Think Leads is doing OK to be fair after a poor start. Sinclair too many backwards passes. Ollie Clarke looks awful. Lines not impacting enough. Sercombe is our best midfielder this season by fair. Who was at fault for the goals as missed them? |
