Smith 6 couple of good saves, but a clanger seems always likely Leadbitter 7 our best performer for me Lockyer 4 given the run around first half Broadbent 4 much the same Brown 5 good goal but struggles to stop crosses or mark his man Sinclair 4 wasted out wide but not much better when moved inside. O Clarke 2 what has happened to him Lines 4 seemed to put some real effort in when we were three down Sercombe 6 tried hard but stuck out wide, needs to be in the middle Harrison 5 no service Nichols 4 starting to seem a waste of money, hope i'm wrong. Subs: Sweeney 5 Bodin 6 not at his best but still showed some lovely ball control Gaffney 6 much better than Nichols when he came on Crowd 6 that was tough Ref 5 Dons 6 hard to tell how good they were as we were awful

Smith 4 ( too many basic errors and a few good saves) Doesn't throw the ball out (tactics or mindset ??)
Leadbitter 6 Lockyer 5 Broadbent 4,5 Brown 4
Sinclair 5 O Clarke 4 Lines 4 Sercombe 5,5
Harrison 5.5 Nichols 4.5
Subs: Sweeney 5.5 Bodin 5.5 Gaffney 5
Crowd 7.5 Ref 7 Dons 8 ( 3 cracking finishes but we made them look like Shrewsbury today !)
Tactics wrong by DC - too many long balls now. Should've started with Gaffers and Harrison up front. Too many players failing - Brown, Clarke, Lines, Locks - the list is long. Would rather have the more reliable Slocombe in goal too.

Smith .4. Leadbitter 7 Lockyer.3.Not a Captain.Poor passing. Broadbent.4 Brown 5 Sinclair .Silly booking .Works hard but very limited.4 O Clarke 2 Lines 5 Sercombe 5 Harrison 6 Nicholls 2.Lightweight and never looks like scoring.Awful signing.Rightly subbed. Subs. Sweeney 5.Better. Gaffers 5.(Plays on the wings constantly??) Bodin6. Crowd 6. DC 4 Dons 7.Played with cohesion and fluidity whilst we were disjointed and couldn't pass. They could have scored six and their second goal was preceded by so many passes it was of the highest quality. Ref 7.Linesman got Sincs simulation spot on.Right in front of me. Is this really the same team that did so well at Molineux?

Smith 6 a horrendous fumble which didnt cost a goal but, made two or three good saves. Leadbitter 6 the pick of a dire back four Lockyer 4 not strong enough, passing generally poor.weak leadership Broadbent 4 caught sleeping on more than one occasion Brown 5 conceded too much room, good goal but just a consolation Sinclair 5 never gave up but little end product, out of position O Clarke 4 poor and has been for weeks Lines 5.5 plays too deep, one surging run just to prove he still can. Sercombe 6.5 m.o.m. worked hard but another player out of position Harrison 6 showed some nice touches, fed off scraps but kept going Nichols 4.5 one decent effort well saved by keeper, little else Subs: Sweeney 6 looked better than his recent poor form Bodin 6 showed some quality, its good to have him back. Gaffney 5.5 why he didnt start only Clarke knows Crowd 7 subdued but a decent turnout on on a damp afternoon, Ref 6 ok Dons 6.5 we made them look far better than they really are, they must have thought Christmas had come early

Smith 5 trouble is we need a keeper who can produce 7s and 8s
Leadbitter 7 Worked hard, caused what few problems the Dons had Lockyer 4 Hope Colman takes him to Sunderland for a decent fee. Broadbent 4 As the junior defender can't be blamed, but seams to have lost his strength Brown 6 Average + 1 for the goal
Sinclair 5 Harsh booking, made him hold off a bit I thought O Clarke 3 Surprised he lasted 45 minutes, Major reason we're so fragile Lines 5 Being asked to defend, it's not his game Sercombe 6 Best of the midfield
Harrison 6 Workrate great, nose for goal completly missing Nichols 4 One shot well saved, that's it
Subs: Sweeney 5 Looked like damage limitation bringing him on Bodin 6 Couldn't make up the difference in the two teams Gaffney 6 Reasonable threat
Crowd 4 Give us something to cheer about Ref 6 Got taken in by the lino for Sincs booking, apart from that OK Dons 6 Could have been 8 but they were so wasteful first half

Smith 6 a couple of very good saves, one bad error and distribution poor Leadbitter 7.5 Good game, constant threat and best player by far Lockyer 4.5 poor game. Improved slightly when Sweeney came on Broadbent 4 looked out of his depth Brown 4.5 poor game but good goal Sinclair 4 not very effective O Clarke 3 what has happened to the Ollie Clarke of last year? Lines 4 had a lot of the ball but lack of quality including set pieces was one of the main reasons for our poor display Sercombe 5.5 best of a poor midfield Harrison 5.5 no support Nichols 4 no support but too lightweight Subs: Sweeney 6 the defence improved when he came on Bodin 5.5 added a bit of quality but did not do a lot Gaffney 5.5 improved things a bit but nothing special Crowd 6 Ref 7 Dons 7 upfront movement excellent, ripped us apart and well taken goals. Should of have had scored more

Smith 5 Some good saves but no command of six yard box and nearly gave away another calamity when dropping a simple ball
Leadbitter 5 Attacking wise did well but went missing on at least two goals- needs to get defending right FIRST Lockyer 2 Welsh international-my ass. Broadbent 3 Too many mistakes but not helped b y more experienced players- at least he can pass a ball Brown 3 Great goal but another who needs to get defending right as priority Sinclair 2 Most over rated player in the squad, perhaps put his head on the other way and he might make a forward pass O Clarke 1 Was he out there today? A long rest needed Lines 3 We don't need a player playing right in front of a back four who all seem to play more forward than him- must be DC awful tactics Sercombe 6 The best midfielder but lost out wide.
Harrison 6 Runs about but has to run everywhere to get the ball and then we have no striker at all Nichols 3 There's a player in there but totally lost as is our forward line in general
Subs: Sweeney 6 better than what he replaced but the damage had already been done Bodin 6 Obviously lacking match fitness but skill is always there Gaffney 6 Why can't DC just stick with him for a few games and tell him he is a centre forward
Crowd 3 Can we really be blamed when such pathetic performances are now becoming the norm. Ref 6 Ok Dons 7 Another rank average team that make us look stupid
Dc 1 has now changed so much that he doesn't know where to start. He has provided us with a lightweight team that EVERY team we play can now dominate us all over the pitch. He must select a team and stick with it till January barring injuries and leave out some of his obvious favourites.

Smith 5 Failing to impress at the moment
Leadbitter 7 Good effort and posed some threat Lockyer 4 Oh dear, come on Tom. We know you can do better Broadbent 4 Today his inexperience showed Brown 3 Becoming increasingly exposed as not good enough for L1
Sinclair 4 Ran around to little effect O Clarke 3 First noticed him in the 40th minute Lines 5 Touches of class..but could count them on one hand Sercombe 6 Put in the effort, but couldn't exert influence
Harrison 7 My favourite player now. worked off scraps. Nichols 4 Quickly becoming our biggest waste of money
Subs: Sweeney 5 On a mission to destroy when he came on. Getting homesick for Stoke? Bodin 6 As we subside his departure becomes more likely Gaffney 6 should have started
Crowd 7 for turning up (8,700+) and (mostly) staying for the second half Ref 6 OK Dons 7 Could have had 5/6 by half-time. looked a useful side.

Smith 5 Two fantastic saves followed by a clanger! Inconsistent Leadbitter 5.5 one of our better performers Brown 3 a shadow of the player he has been, good goal though. Lockyer 1 simply very poor as he has been all season! Broadbent 3 not one of his better games but did not deserve to be hauled off Lines 2 Weak performance, too flimsy Sercombe 6.5 MOM tried but is saying with poor players around him Sinclair 4 effort 100% ability zero O Clarke 2 rubbish Harrison 4 even he is getting disillusioned Nichols 2 We are not playing to his strengths so he is floundering badly
Sweeney 4 Gaffney 4.5 Bodin 5
Ref 6 Dons 6 should have won 7-1 at least D.C. 2 he has not got a clue what to do Crowd 6 tried to assist but could not put up with poor performance
From start to finish we were a complete and utter shambles. In truth we have been like it all season and for the first time this season it looked as though D.C. was clueless to how to rectify it. Make no bones about it we will be fighting relegation. What worries me most is D.C., bizarre decision to sub TB for Sweeney when we go 3-0 down and his insistence in playing out of form players (Lockyer, Nichols, Lines etc). Yesterday I heard rumbles (from someone who is working close to the playing side of the club) that things are not right in the dressing room and players are discontent with the manager. I badly want it to work for D.C. but cannot see what he can do prior to Christmas. He could play youngsters (he may as well as they could do no worse) but probably won't. He should have started Menayese and need to change his captain. If TL is an international player then I must need to return to Specsavers!!! Because I am not seeing it. I am off to Blackburn next week with my expectations very low and quite frankly expecting a very heavy defeat but hope our luck and performance will change. The players performances have proved we need a big overhaul of experienced players who have a bit of nouse and nastiness and a new captain who can organise and shout I instructions. Bad times at the club at the moment I hope D.C. and the board can turn it round but I am starting to doubt it as we are playing like schoolboys at the moment.

Smith 7 two brilliant saves, but he dropped one!
Leadbitter 7 got forward well. Lockyer 4 nice bloke and all. Broadbent 5 naive, but no one helped him. Brown 6 legend.
Sinclair 4 cheating cant. O Clarke 3 anonymous, except when giving ball away. Lines 4 one inspiring run, spectator apart. Sercombe 7.5 m o m was everywhere and trying. Shot hit lj wannabe that was certainly on target.
Harrison 7.5 brilliant effort again! Nichols 4 who?
Subs: Sweeney 6 steady v old club. Bodin 6 inspiring. Gaffney 6.5 doesn't start because of pride.
Crowd 10 anyone whom stayed to the end, never made negative noises, this score is for you. Ref 8 I thought sensible, let down by his mad linos. Dons 8 well played them. Don't deserve to be where they are and made us look like relegation team.

The least said the better as teams we are about to play must be rubbing their hands at the prospect of facing us.We are just not playing as a team which together with individual errors is costing us dearly.Let's remember that Wimbledon came into this league game having scored only 11 goals .They must have thought christmas had come early.

Smith - 5. As someone said, we need an 8. Inconsistent, shaky. Would prefer Slocombe. Leadbitter - 6. Bright spark injected pace going forward. Defenders need to be able to defend though. Brown - 5. Steady. Seems to have taken over from Ellis as the target of the boo boys. Broadbent - 3. This lad is part if the future. Just had a bad day. Lockyer - 5. May have done better for the 3rd (great skill from MacDonald though) bit overall ok. Lines - 3. Didn't appear until we were 3 down. Clarke - 2. Didn't appear. Sinclair - 6. Never gave up. A better player than he is given credit for imo. Sercombe - 2. A better player than he showed in this game. At fault for 2nd goal and generally anonymous. Nicholls - 2. So frustrating. A good player but it just ain't happening. Harrison - 6. Worked hard but was never a goal threat.
Bodin - 4. The one positive was Billy's return. Understandably rusty. Gaffney - 4. We look a better side with Rory in it. Sweeney - 4. Defence improved with him in it, although at 3-0 the Wombles did stop pressing defenders quite as much.

You make a lot of good points but I wouldn't say DC has lost the players you can tell they care - leads, Lines, Sercs to name but 3 were going flat out till the end. Something not right with Locks though ?? Also players gave everything at Scunny apparently and almost got that point as a result ! UTG !
