Chicken and Leek is nice. 3 bean veg pie is nice. HTY tells me the steak pies are ok. They are all too expensive though. Nearly £4 for a pie is a total rip off. I can get a really good pie in my local bakery for £2.20. literally better than half the price of the ones at Rovers. Nearly £4, £2.20, literally better than half price? Maybe Stuart is a maths teacher in one of highly acclaimed state schools

Its almost as if the club still thinks were in the 40s/50s and rationings still in operation. Who ate all the pies? :-)

I should have taken a photo but as I was leaving east terrace today, both pie huts had massive amount of pies left in ovens. Something is very wrong there as unless they are reheatable, they are going in the bin. I bought a cheese and onion before game from hut nearest turnstiles with a 5 min wait / queue but they had no piglet ones at all and had reduced veg pasties and chorizo sos rolls to £2 / £1.50 before kick off! So looks like whoever is doing stock control needs a bit of help as well as someone to manage payment taking / queues / drink production. All staff new and little idea what they are doing. Going backwards in my view. Think they need to go back to basics and keep it simple, stock control and staff training. This really isn’t rocket science.

One of the coldest days of the year and no hot drinks available at the west enclosure food hut. My sausage roll was tasty but tea would have washed it down far better than Fanta did!

And the pies in the South Stand were not very hot.
Our food, while tasty is a shambles.

The whole grounds a shambles, topped off, by one of the most boring games of football EVER

My moan of the day. Arrived at the hut behind the west stand at 1420. Hardly anyone in the queue. Ordered my sausage roll and a tea and coffee. Was handed the sausage roll and my change. Waited patiently as I watched two young lads filling half a dozen cups with teas/coffees and putting the lids on them. They appeared to be baffled why the drinks appeared not to be hot. One then had a brainwave and poured some water from the boiler into a cup. The other lad plunged his finger into the cup and confirmed the water was lukewarm. The bloke behind me immediately asked for a refund for the tea he was still to receive and I duly did the same. The older lady in charge duly obliged and refunded us our monies. I might add the sausage roll was only going to one place and was duly despatched in due course once I reached my vantage point on the west terrace. The hand scrawled notices on paper bags advertising what pies etc are on offer is also a total embarrassment, is it not possible to print and laminate suitable A4 notices or is this not possibe in our office facilities at the Mem?

The amazing thing is Dave, that you type exactly as you speak, unfortunately it's just like you're in my living room.... Nightmare....
