Slocombe 7 not much to do
J. Clarke 6.5 average game, doesn’t offer anything going forward Craig 8 solid Broadbent 7 made a few mistakes but always tries to make things happen on the ball Brown 7.5 can’t think of much that he did wrong
Lockyer 7.5 was better in centre mid, we looked a bit lost for a time after he moved to right back
Moore 8 MOTM just edges Craig to motm, looked bright and had things to offer at both ends of the pitch Lines 7.5 quiet until the goal, which was a cracker O. Clarke 7 went under the radar a bit but did his job Bennett 7 not at his best but still looks a danger and picked a lovely pass to set Ellis through in the second half
Harrison 7 worked hard, not much came off for him
Subs: Gaffney 5 not sure what he offers at the moment Telford 5.5 didn’t really get involved Baghdadi 7 got on the ball and tried to make things happen
Crowd 9 best atmosphere we’ve had for a while Ref 6 was one of their better players Blackburn 7 looked solid but no better than us

Slocombe - 8 - another good performance, dodgy throw first half, didn't distribute quite as quickly as usual, great save before the pen, wasn't troubled massively but answered when called upon
J. Clarke - 7 - played well, linked well with Moore, got forward well, defended well Craig - 7.5 - solid performance and some good balls into the box from him - created a good chance for gaffney with some clever play in the opposition box Broadbent - 5.5 - not a good one today, gave away the pen, clumsy challenges, dispossessed too many times. Brown - 7 - ran his bollocks off, was kept busy by their winger but not much got past him
Lockyer - 6.5 - wasn't terrible wasn't great, stray passes.
Moore - 9 - best performance in a rovers shirt, great attacking play, showed strength, linked well with others, could have got a higher score if it wasn't for his reluctance to shoot in the box Lines - 8 - solid performance, decent passing, in well for challenges and scored a cracking goal to earn the point we deserved O. Clarke - 7.5 - always available on the edge of the box when we were attacking, strong challenges, always performs better with Lines or Sercs next to him Bennett - 7.5 - wasn't helped by the ref or the constant fouls committed by Blackburn, they identified him as a threat early on and kept him as quiet as they could
Harrison - 7 - did well on his own, quiet first half, his movement opened blackburn up but just didn't see enough of the ball
Subs: Gaffney - 6.5 - nuisance, could have had a goal if he got his feet right, needs to hit the gym, if he was strong and held the ball up he'd be a perfect partner for Bennett and Harisson. Desperately in need of a goal. Telford - 6.5 - ran and ran and ran, brought on to cause problems with the back line, did what he needed to Baghdadi - 7.5 - very impressive. Attacking, strong, good balls into the box (except the last one) not afraid to take on one of the best defences in the league, some great touches, good link up play with the lads around him, and confident! - another exciting player from the youth system, done very well out on loan and you wouldn't believe that was his debut. Another player I'm hoping is given a run in the squad,
Crowd - 9 - great atmosphere today, and a great turnout Ref - 3 - dog sh**. Pen was the correct decision, our free kick at the end was the correct decision, other than that he was incredibly biased - perks of being top of the league I guess? Blackburn - 8 - you can tell they're up there. Significantly better than Charlton last week, thought they were poor in attack though, just an off day probably. They were a solid unit, difficult to break down, made a lot of mistakes in the last 10 to give us a route back into the game.

Slocombe- 7 a handful of alright saves
J.Clarke - 6.5 good at the back, poor in attack Craig - (MOTM) 8.5 solid as usual, kept out a good attack Broadbent - 7 gave away penalty but apart from that a good game Brown - 7 decent at the back and offered more than Clarke going forward
Lockyer - 6.5 a few misplaced passes, good breaking up play but didn't create anything
Moore - 8 great game, gave their defence trouble O.Clarke - 7 got stuck in and made some good passes Lines - 8 he scored. Didn't do much else but I couldn't care less Bennett - 7 not his best game but still a threat
Harrison - 7 better than the last few weeks, a headache for the defence
Gaffney - 5 did little, should have drilled it when he tried to chip it into the box Telford - 6 worked hard but didn't see much of the ball Baghdadi - 7.5 looked bright when he came on, provided a real threat hopefully we will see him again soon
Crowd - 8.5 great atmosphere, second half really got behind the team Ref - 4 Blackburn's 12th man Blackburn - 7.5 looked a good side, espefially the ref

Slocombe 7 - did what he had to. No issues. JC 6.5 - a very James Clarke performance. Brown 7.5 - solid game and good option going forward. Craig 7.5 - a very Tony Craig performance Broadbent 5 - stray passes, poor decision making, how the pen wasn’t a second yellow was very fortunate. Almost cost us the game. However the lad has character to keep trying to play and I do really like him. Today was an off day though.
OC 7 - more like it from Ollie. Lines 7 - in a game when we get dominated possession wise, he isnt seen to his best. The game bypassed him. But he’s in the team for his quality and that came to fruition in the 93rd minute. Locks - 6.5 - gets about the pitch and filled in well in an unnatural position. We know his limitations on the ball but runs his socks off for the cause.
Byron - 7 - not bad but no real end product either. I’m a fan but think MOM was a bit undeserved. Bennett - 6.5 - never really got into stride and wasted a xouok or promising positions.
Ellis - 7. A lot better today. Worked hard in a lonely role.
Gaff - 6. The throw is an under-utilised weapon. That’s the second goal this year we’ve scored from it (Bodin the other) and he’s only done it 10/11 times. Telford 6 - had a half chance Baghdadi - 6.5 - looked comfortable on debut. And had a lot of touches. Seemed a bit one footed but similarly to Kelly last week he didn’t hide which is great.
Blackburn - 6. Streetwise would be the word. A good core who have played a lot of football and they’ll get over the line as automatic. Nothing outstanding though against our patched up side. I would have thought if we were in their shoes we’d have been far more “at it”. Ref - 5. Poor in general, OC’s tackle looked clean and not a yellow, kept Broadbent on which was fortunate. Fans 7 - came to life in second half Liz

Slocombe 7. Genuine first choice
J. Clarke 6 Did all right, but was spoken to by Craig on a couple of occasions. Craig 8 Captains performance Broadbent 6.5 Blackburn not the team to be clever with, but there again if you play it too safe Craig lets you know (J Clarke) Brown 7 Plenty left in Browner
Lockyer 6 Defending good, distribution so so
Moore 8.5 Best game ever for Rovers Lines 6.5 Came good with the goal. I thought Lockyer cramped his style. O. Clarke 8 Normal strong game but without the mistakes Bennett 7 Blackburn put plenty on him but still caused them problems
Harrison 8 DC asks a lot of Ellis and gets it.Deserved a goal today.
Subs: Gaffney 6 Plenty of effort but up against better teams he struggles Telford 6 Helped maintain pressure Baghdadi 7 Hard act to follow replacing Moore, but did well enough
Crowd 7 Got behind the team well Ref 5 He gets a 4 for the first half and 1 for the second half (for allowing Linesey's goal) Blackburn 6.5 Didn't have enough energy for a top two team.

Slocombe 7 - Nearly had a comedy moment! But generally solid J Clarke 6.5 - Bang average Brown 6.5 - Had better games Craig 8 MOM - Good reading of the game against strong opponents Broadbent 6.5 - Good bits and bad bits Moore 7.5 - Playing for a contract but doing well Bennett 7 - Always involved Lines 7 - Looked better attacking Lockyer 7 - Better second half but not really a midfielder O Clarke 7.5 - Good competitive game Harrison 7.5 - Ran himself into the ground with no real support
Gaffney 6.5 - Out of form Telford 6.5 - Tried hard Baghdadi 6.5 - Looked useful
Ref 4 - Not great but got pen right from where I was Crowd 9 - Great backing D.C. 9 - Tactically got it right when Blackburn made subs Blackburn 8 - Looked a good outfit deserving of promotion
We deserved a point, Blackburn will go up and they had the quality we did not. Great team play by us, it's incredible we can keep going until the end. Onto the next project UTG!!

Slocombe - 7. Did nothing wrong. For all their possession, Blackburn didn't make him do too much. Deserves the shirt.
J Clarke - 7. Never lets us down and today was the same. L Brown - 8. Ran himself into the ground up and down that line in the second half. Good solid performance. Craig - 9 MoM. Can there be any doubters left? Sticking my neck out and saying that he is the best centre half we've had since Steve Elliott and is on a par with him, albeit with a different style. Broadbent - 6.5. Not his best performance, but he'll be fine. Good player.
Lockyer - 8. Did a superb job on Dack, and saving tackle towards end of first half was brilliant defending. Yes, his distribution leaves much to be desired but deserves credit for playing out of position twice in one match.
Moore - 8.5. Best game in the quarters. Looks the player we hoped we'd signed and I hope he's played his way into a one year deal. Bennett - 7.5. Not at his best, although the pass to set up Ellis was sublime. Given some treatment at times but kept coming back for more. O Clarke - 8. Good performance from Ollie and very unlucky to be booked for a great tackle. Must be accumulating a few yellows now though. Lines - 7.5. Anonymous first half, increasingly influential in the second. Showed his quality again for the equaliser. One of our own.
Harrison - 7.5. Ran his heart out in a lone role up front. This has been the longest season of his career by a distance and he deserves the forthcoming summer break.
Gaffney - 7. Did well but needs a goal. Really hope he stays as he has a lot to offer. Telford - 6.5. Don't remember much from him to be fair, but worth a punt in the summer. We need a 20 goal striker...is he the answer? Baghdadi - 7. Encouraging debut and looked to have good feet.
Ref - 4. Poor. Penalty was the only big decision he got right. Allowed Blackburn to bully us at times. Conversely, the booking for Ollie was a shocking call.
Crowd - 8. Proper atmosphere again, particularly second half.
Blackburn - 8. Good side who should go up. Some quality players who were comfortable on the ball. For all that, we deserved the point.
DC - 10. Still a legend. We'll have less points than last season and will probably finish lower, yet with the emergence of young players, some quality signings and the continuation of the 'never give up' spirit, this feels like another season of progress. Just hope we can hang on to him.

Great battling performance today against a team who looked very comfortable on the ball, without much end product, good atmosphere but Blackburn fans, though there in large numbers didn't contribute much to that, our performance deserved a point, i love the way we are giving a chance to young players, none of whom have looked out of place ,it bodes well for next season! Slocombe 6.5,one comic moment which would have been shown on every football blooper program for the next 50 years had it gone in! Clarke 6.5 ,solid Brown 7.0, more solid Lockyer7.0 Tremendous last ditch tackle! Broadbent 6.0 could be rolls Royce of a central defender, but must cut out those errors! Craig 7.5 Tom will learn a lot from this wise old head! Moore 8.0 so good to see him coming good, never wastes the ball, just needs that bit more confidence to pull the trigger and not worry about missing. Bennett 6.0 not at his best ,but always trying to create chances for himself and others. Lines 7.00 the goal got him an extra mark! wayward passing at times O.Clarke 7.00 Tenacious.
Harrison 7.0 ploughing a lone figure again, never gave up, unlucky with a couple of chances. Gaffney 5, Telford 5, Bahgdadi 7, Looks a prospect comfortable on the ball. DC 10 EXCELLENT USE OF YOUNG PLAYERS,NO LOANS NEEDED NEXT SEASON!ref 5,Blackburn 7,crowd 7

Slocombe 7 another competent display J. Clarke 6.5 decent squad player. Craig 8.5 M.o.M another excellent game, marshalled the defence superbly Broadbent 6 a bit shakey Brown 7 usual Browner game Lockyer 6.5 did ok out of his comfort zone Moore 8 strong game add balance to the attack Lines 7 still a good player lovely strike for goal. O. Clarke 7 better than of late Bennett 7 always a handful,Blackburn kept a tight reign on him Harrison 7 unselfish game worked hard as usual Subs: Gaffney 6.5 ok but doesnt look like scoring Telford 6.5 looked quite lively Baghdadi 7 we could have a real gem here. Crowd 8 good turnout and support Ref 5 inconsistant Blackburn 7 nothing special, they'll struggle in the Championship.

Slocombe 6 - distribution not as good as usual and looked a little nervy at times
J. Clarke 6.5 - good defensive display. Probably the best defensive full back in the club but doesn't give enough going forward Craig 7.5 - good steady performance Broadbent 5.5 - great potential but large number of mistakes. Not the easy pitch on which to be a dribbling central defender. Brown 6 - ok performance but gives the winger too much space. Not helped by Bennett not being the best defensive winger.
Lockyer 7 - did ok. One great saving tackle. One bad mistake which almost led to a goal. Limited in midfield has currently does not have the ability to play the killer pass.
Moore 8 - worked hard and very skilful. Needs to score more. Lines 6.5 - got an extra half for the goal. Tried hard but until the last minute not much impact. Corners need improving. O. Clarke 6.5 - battled hard but too many errors (although it is a difficult pitch to be skilful on) Bennett 6.5 - Not as good as recently. Appears lightweight against the better teams. However always capable of moments of brilliance which is vital to the team.
Harrison 6 - appears to be in need of a rest after a hard (brilliant) season. Not asked to defend in this game. Two reasonable chances. A top striker would of taken one or both.
Subs: Gaffney 5.5 Telford 5.5 Baghdadi 6
Crowd 7 - superb atmosphere at times. Ref 5 Blackburn 7 - clearly a good professional uncompromising team with a number of Chanpionship level players. If not for one of the worst misses seen at the Mem would have won.

Slocombe 7.5 our number 1.
J. Clarke 7 decent. Craig 8 best decent. Broadbent 6.5 sometimes indecent. Brown 7 legend.
Lockyer 7.5 done a job.
Moore 8 m o m more on. Lines 7.5 better late strike than in syria. O. Clarke 7 steady. Bennett 7.5 better than bro.
Harrison 6.5 missed two good chances.
Subs: Gaffney 6.5 missing his only chances. Telford 7 it's his turn. Baghdadi 8 wow! One brilliant turn.
Crowd 9 best atmos this season. Ref 7 unfairly criticised. Blackburn 7 we need to aspire to that dominant from first half...
