Craig is utter rubbish and in no way has strengthened the squad playing wise. He has cost us at least 5 goals through individual errors or all round poor play. In your opinion! Good job your not our Manager.

Spending money on a CM, RW and a ST is important for me. I would personally have a look at Ben White ,who is highly rated, to improve the defence too. We've got a good core of players but we just need that extra push imo, which can hopefully happen over the summer. Those three positions will be key to moving forward. White has certainly impressed this season at Newport and I thought he looked decent against Leeds in the cup. Mike Flynn has said if White does not go on to play for England, "he hasn't fulfilled his potential". DC has already talked about his annoyance on having to develop other clubs players and he's just signed a new contracgt at Brighton so they certainly won't sell him. If Coventry don't go up this season, I'd certainly have a look at CB Jordan Willis, another young talent.

We haven't been that bad in the first half considering our line-up. Good to keep it to 0-1...we have a chance for a point. UTG.

I think he’ll be coach / reserve next season. A bit harsh considering he’s only just turned 33. There’s life in the old dog yet! Absolutely, but I think he’ll be player coach next season and will be on the bench most games as player coach. Just a hunch.

You should ban yourself with utter rubbish you come out with gashead 1981 He’s made a few mistakes and also played very well a few times. Very similar to Lockyer really. I’d rather have Broadbent / Craig or Broadbent locks as a partnership.

I like Willis, but can think of others I'd prefer over him like Ben Heneghan, Dorian Dervite, Israel Puerto, Sebastian Neumann and Matthew Steenvoorden. All are, apart from Heneghan, available on a free this summer.

All you managers on here haven’t been training with the players all week or closely involved in their fitness etc, BUT DC has so we don’t know the circumstances why who plays and who don’t and perhaps DC wants one more look before he decides who goes and who stays and hopefully DC will stay 🤞

TB was poor last week though, a couple of way ward passes could have cost us goals on another day, plus his challenge to give away a pen was rash. Although if he's sat on the bench watching Craig he ain't going to get the chance to learn from his errors. Consistency is key for centre halves along with experience of correct decision making. Solid pairings aren’t built with bit part appearances and a lack of match sharpness. Centre halves will give away most pens, Lockyer has given 4 or so away this year. Most tackles will be made in the 18 yard box and if the odd one goes wrong the ramifications will be larger than one given away by one in the centre circle. All of the above is sharpened and skilled with game time. Not watching an old dog prolong his career at a level he can no longer consistently compete at.

We are not going up, nor going down. Broadbent should be playing every game to give him more experience. We should also have started with two of the kids. Today's team is a nothing team. DC will not learn anything from it. Is Michael Kelly injured? I'd like to see more of him. Has looked class in the development games and did well in his brief sub app. It would have made sense to give Kelly another run out rather than Bola who I presume will not be back next year. This decision is a bit like giving Clarke-Salter a run out at the end of last season.

Jody Jones in another one of their players who is a fantastic talent. Been out injured a fair amount of this season though.

What a horrendous dive by Rotherham then in the box. Ref says it’s not a foul, surely he has to book him for diving in that instance?!

Rotherham haven’t really bothered us too much...unless Clarke’s on the ball To be fair to Nichols he hasn’t put a foot wrong and hasn’t had any service Ollie has done good so far How did Moore miss that?

Tom Bayliss and Jordan Ponticelli are other very promising youngsters playing there.

Just a hunch. It depends on if we can keep hold of Lockyer or not. If Lockyer goes we could still see a fair bit of Craig I reckon.
