The lady in the shop said she had already seen the designs (although she wasn't allowed to tell me what they were like), so I'd suggest we're already ahead of the game when compared to previous years.

Out of interest why didn't you call it Shirtgate 2018 this year and who prompted you to start over a fortnight earlier than last year? Shirtgate 2017

Currently, no sign of any front of shirt sponsor, (or indeed the shirts themselves), and when you ask, no one has any idea if we will get the shirts before the season starts. Surely our Tom has his finger on the pulse on this one, or will it be a repeat of last years debacle. In Wael we trust to sort it out. You’ll be delighted to know that the sponsor is McCains as you have more than just a chip on your shoulder.

What you really mean is that you yourself can't find out who the new sponsors are because nowadays we are a professional organisation. Suspect that is the real gripe

I’m going for solid red as that’s a more popular colour in Jordan ... with Dunder on the shirt as part of a joint sponsorship deal 😱

I actually agree with the OP on this one. A lot of people like to buy the newest shirt to take on their summer holidays. Other clubs have revealed new shirts before the end of the previous season. Never understood why we are always so late releasing our kits. Not a dig at the new owners, the previous lot were just as bad! My other half used to get it as a birthday present 13th June. I can't see why that isn't possible anymore and the earlier the better I reckon.

I'd love for us to release the next seasons shirt at the last home game of the current season.
Can't hurt to help sales?
