I can't believe we only used 1 sub tonight. Yeovil must have used about 8! None of our subs other than Clarke even bothered to get out of the dugout.
We were completely lightweight up front. Where have all our forwards gone?

Where have all our forwards gone? Harrison and Reilly weren't even in the team which was strange. Perhaps DC is planning to use them against Forest green. I still think we need another forward as we need more options. |

Vargas - your standards are too low. But if that's the ethos of this forum ( and hence of Rovers fans generally, as is inferred), then it's a sad day. Many more verbs would have sufficed other than that which GGMI used. I repeat - kids could read this. Save profanity for private - NOT A PUBLIC FORUM!! I always believed Rovers fans were stoic, pragmatic and intelligent. Am I wrong? If the third adjective of that sentence was correct, then some of us would understand the first and second ones. |

Just back from game. A good run out and 90 mins into the core of our starting 11. Sam Matthews, Sercombe and Upson all impressed but we lacked up top to put Yeovil to the sword. Need a left back ASAP as Kelly still very raw.

A few people wanked over Kelly when he did well after coming on for 10 mins in a home game last season but on this showing, he isn't good enough. Desperately need a new LB. I was one of those that Wanked over Kelly. To be fair that first team game he was always on the attack. It was noted at the time he hadn't been tested. I will hold off shooting my load until he proves himself on the back foot. However, I warn you all. If we get a young left back who can bomb forward and defend I will be gushing. |

He did look ok and did himself no harm in that home game where he came on. I was slightly more reserved than some though, who seemed to think we had Lee Brown replaced already! |

Having seen Kelly 2 or 3 times I stand by what I said, he's a good prospect, but that doesn't mean he is ready for the first team.
I would ideally like us to sign two left backs of first team quality.
