This could potentially be one of the best midfields we have had in years.
Two development players in the squad for the first game of the season shows how much of a smaller squad we have. Although we do have injuries/suspensions as well as hopefully incoming striker(s) and possibly a loan player or two later in the month.

DC on Radio Bristol says its a four man midfield, Sercombe on the left. Bennett playing off Nichols.
I guess relatively speaking, Nichols is a big target man compared to Bennett.
