In the same way why do so many think that the Board need to disclose everything to us regarding the Stadium? Scorned if they do and scorned if they don't. We all know they would have been crucified by us if they had not taken any action and it had come out that they had the chance, however small.

Some look for the good. Some look only for the bad.

Not by me we were relegated because we were not good enough and therefore did not deserve to stay in the league. I would not have wished us to have stayed up on such a technicality

Dodgy appeal or not, are you saying you would rather see us in the Conference than the Football League no matter how we stayed up?

Absolutely much as I would love to see Wycombe down here we had our chance for that to happen and we blew it on the pitch.

Just like the scumbag MK Dons will never be allowed to forget what they did. I would happily see Wycombe down instead of whoever finished 2nd in the Conference last season though.

Can't see why people are moaning. Someone came to us and said they had broken the rules. What were supposed to say? That's OK we don't mind, we stuck to them but it does not matter that others didn't?? We did the right thing. Perhaps questioned what a discredited football agent was trying to gain? Then just write a polite letter to the FA asking them to investigate matters if we felt we had a case. Even if we needed to instruct solicitors why did we need to publish the letter in full on the OS? Club probably thought by making it public they would be forced into making a quick decision. How wrong they were lol

www.football-league.co.uk/news/article/2014/20141003wycombereprimandrp-1985954.aspxI always felt this was a diversionary tactic used by the board to try to deflect criticism away from them for their poor mismanagement and on to a third party. The trouble is I think it has made us look churlish. We have always been good losers (we've had enough practice) but this thing was a waste of time and energy. Rather than jump into it I feel a few questions asked in the right places might have prevented this embarrassment and saved us a great deal of lawyers fees I believe this act has lost us a lot of goodwill. We always had other clubs and media talk quite fondly of us. It's never nice to be a sore loser. We went down because we were simply not good enough. It was folly to think the FA & FL would do anything other than what they did. For me, iwas very playground. It's MY ball and I am going home. It really has damaged the club and I don't think will be forgotten quickly

What else was the League going to say ? they had missed this when going over Wycombes books in the take over ! If they had found in our favour to the letter of the law ie points deducted , they would have looked the idiots for missing it, so they try and deflect this onto us. Total cop out by the League and they need to grow a pair. Any who, that was my post for October. UTG I think it was fear of opening a whole new can of worms that stopped them acting to point of law. ISTM that the FA is very much like a Masonic lodge. Then, there's the question of the agent going outlaw. My only real question is why it took so long.
