And that’s the point. It’s those people who aren’t that bothered who need a good match day experience in order to keep coming back otherwise you get left with the faithful 5000. The half time pint isn’t just about a beer, it’s beinh able to get out the rain, see and chat to people you only ever see at the rovers and watch a bit of sky sports. The stewards round the east terrace will tell you that it’s not just a few people moaning. It’s loads and as I have stated, people have said it’s a joke and they won’t be back. Its a half time pint FFS. The East bar will be ready soon. People cant be that desperate Crazy stuff.

Where I live I can't get to many games so go and watch Lewes FC. Pub-like bar with real ales on hand pump which is open from 1.30 into the evening. There's something very civilised in carrying a tray of pints along the terrace mid game. Pity the football league is uncivilised and does not allow trays of pints to be carried along the terrace. It's not the football league that bans drinking at games, it's the Government.

If they won't be coming back because they couldn't get a half time pint, they can't be that bothered in the first place. And that’s the point. Sounds exhausting to me and do all that in ten minutes or so, by the time you get to and from the terraces without missing any of the game. Loads were not going to pay £4 a pint but the new bar has been absolutely crammed with loads drinking outside as well. Rest easy the Plymouth game is only eleven days away and you will have plenty of space for your halftime pint in the new east terrace bar with nobody to talk to, if what you say is happening.

Competent defending? Or is that too much to ask?
Jokes aside, a big whopping screen for the scoreboard/lineups and potential replays. Sick of our current non-working scoreboards. Makes it so much more challenging to fully acknowledge the away team is winning.

Doom and gloom aside, apart from the usual stuff you would find in a stadium ( or even a stadium) what would you like to see in any Rovers future home? I would like to see LED pitch lighting, as PSV Eindhoven has, would help to create a great atmosphere, not to mention 25% cheaper to run than normal lights. Sorry, as a Dutch football fan I need to point our that PSV play at the Philips Arena in Eindhoven and the video is of the Johan Cruyff Arena which Ajax play at in Amsterdam.
This is the lighting at the Philips...

I actually think the £4 a pint ploy is quite clever. It keeps things moving far quicker than it did before.

If you listened to the interview, it will make the experience better for those fans. As the bar will be easier to access now at half time. That's why they changed the club shop and the bar around. So that it will be better for the fans. So over the long term, it will attract more fans and more fans will be able to get a beer at half time. So the point is, if those fans still won't come back, when they can get a beer easier. Then cry off because they can't get a beer at half time, while improvements are being carried out. Then that couldn't care. People often say things they don't mean, when they are annoyed, especially if we are losing. Do you really think they won't come back, when they find out the experience has been improved??? Because that couldn't get a pint in the past.

Safe standing is certainly not on the North Terrace, against Portsmouth is was choca. I often wonder if they know how many is stood on there. I don't think when you are on the terrace and you are so tightly packed in that your arms are restricted by the people each side of you and you cannot step forward or backwards is safe. Even more so when people push their way in not via the entrance but under the back bar often pushing people out the way is definitely not safe.

It's weird, coz whenever we have a full house the West Enc feels pretty much like it always does. No idea how they work out capacity but something's wrong.
