It will all be alright in the end.
And of it's not alright, it's not the end.

Exeter, 20,000 really? That's like us building a stadium the size of Old Trafford. I admire the ambition. Don't think it's for Exeter city. It's an indoor arena. It just says about Exeter's new stand on the article I think. Wonder if it's done, before the Bristol arena??

I wouldn’t be surprised if it was for the rugby club and football club by extension as well as general purpose. Plus if they do own the ground, they can then flog on the ground for student accommodation as it’s righf in student heartland.

Reading it, it says they don't have a location and they are in the early stages. It also says 10-20000. Of course the head lines make it seem, as though they have agreed a deal on a new super arena lol. It's the council saying it I think. Doubt it will ever happen.

Can someone put a glint of hope to this thread, Pages of conjecture and no substance forthcoming going to be a long season.😩 Well the North East stand looks like it is going up. So the nay sayers that predicted this wouldn't happen have been proven wrong. That's something concrete.....ummm....steel and canvas.
I don't know any more than the next man what is happening, but it does 'feel' as though something is happening. Whether it is UWE, Filton Airfield, or Mem redevelopment, Wael being gagged by an NDA suggests negotiation is ongoing. We haven't heard more than a few words from Hamer or Starnes on any matters of substance for a while either.
I can't wait for the day, sometime soon, that yet another artist's impression of a stadium emerges and Wael is on the pitch waving a piece of paper like poor old Nick doing his best Neville Chamberlain impression.
You never know. It might actually happen this time.

It will all be alright in the end. And of it's not alright, it's not the end. Not even sure where the beginning was, let alone where the end is likely to be! 😀

Now this is not the end. It is not even the beginning of the end. But it is, perhaps, the end of the beginning.

I think if Wael wants to go one better than Nick maybe he can build us a scaled down model of the stadium to complement the artists impression. Then when it doesn't come to fruition we can all take baseball bats down the Mem and use it as a christmas pinata. A far more satisfying ultimate outcome!
