He's turned into a very good interviewer.
So existing training ground extended, but they didn't tell us, I guess as that would get criticism either way.

Fair play, Hamer is slick - he seems to spend most of his time researching analogies so he can throw them in to deflect questions, Chelsea are taking ages to expand Stamford Bridge, it took Brighton 15 years to get a new ground etc.

Biggest priority for the board right now is winning a few football games. Not really something that should be the boards priority though.
Thinks communication should be better, but they've said this before
