Think we can all see our club is in demise, no communication from the top, people employee at the top where there is no need.
perhaps a silent protest for the first 10 minutes V Donny and everyone attending in Black would show the board that we want some answers, and if they are not going to fund the club, then it is best for them to move on.
Letters do no good, pitch invasions and protests just would make us look like yobs, so a silent protest would give the ground an eerie feeling, and let the board know it could be a stark reality if fans vote with their feet in the future
what do do we think Gas family?

Unfortunately I think that’ll do more to harm the teams performance than solve our problems.
If we’re going to protest leave it until full time

Or, provide so much noise and support and drag/lift the team out of their poor form and start to win the close games we are losing and begin the rise up the table?

The stark reality is that businessmen are not open about their business dealings whether we are talking Apple, Tesco's or BRFC. This won't change whatever protest there is.

The only way to get their attention is to hit them in the pocket...
Don't buy any food/merchandise/programmes etc.
If that was done they would soon notice

Remember at Chester City many moons ago everyone turned round and looked at the wall. I think it led to Atkins getting sacked. I think we lost 4-0

The only "protest" that will get us a new ground is the one where every single Rovers fan with an ounce of Blue & White in their veins (including glory hunters who only go to Wembley) turns up en mass at a home game. You'll need 11,000 in the ground and 5,000 locked out for 6 home matches on the trot - the only way we will get or deserve a ground is to show that we can fill the current one! If they don't turn up, we won't build it! It'd be fun trying to get this off the ground I'll happily stay in the pub and be one of the 5,000

We need something to happen if lose against Charlton I dread to think what attendance will be?

Bear in mind that for the Al Qadi's this is an investment that they have no emotional investment in. They just want things to tick along nicely as they are, ie punters still show up and pay their money and then Dwane Sports can conduct their machinations in secret and never have to breathe a word or answer to their customers that the product they are offering is not fit for purpose. The only possible way to make them engage with supporters or even to leave is to accelerate the losses by withdrawing their income. Money is the only language they understand and we know this from the number of mealy-mouthed interviews from the likes of Wael and Hamer where by telling us nothing they made it quite clear that they have no plan or direction for the club whatsoever.

It is obvious from our beloved chairperson that he reads this forum going by his comments last night

I sincerely believe that you can protest as much as you want but you are appealing to people who are not interested. It's not like before where you had fans of the club on the board and there was some emotional common ground there.
I just hope this alleged deal goes through and we have new owners soon. Please don't quote last night's political showing at me and expect me to believe any of it.
Edit: Still undecided on Wael. Seems genuine and have a feeling he is trying his best in the background. Couldn't say anything due to confidentiality last time but Hamer would have you believe there was nothing going on anyway...

Any protests should not effect the players on the pitch who clearly need our encouragement and support. We need every point we can get now. Any protests to be done maybe in the 10 minutes leading up to kick off or at half time. But if we are doing this then lets sing all game for DC and the players so they know we are behind them and any protests are aimed elsewhere. Sing "Darrell Clarkes barmy army" non stop for 5 minutes then sing for 5 minutes non stop for Bonham. Then 5 minutes for the next player and go on through out the team for the whole game. Proper 12th man work!! That would be great. Unfortunately this will fall on deaf ears as players will continued to be abused like Payne before he's even kicked the ball. Or Kelly will be abused because his cross went straight out of play.

Biggest protest that would mean something to them is to just not attend games. That would see all revenue go down the drain and all Tom Gorringes work be for nothing. Sadly I think this will happen if things stay the way they are.
